LIVE LIFE FOR GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: To be mindful of God is to live life for God.

Psalm 8

The majority are not mindful of God but are empty of God, not a believer.
Are you with a mind for God or of the world?
God is mindful of anyone with a mind for Him.
God testifies David in 1 Samuel 13:14 that David is a man after His own heart, “…The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart…”
God continually looks for one that is mindful of Him.
David, a man after the mind of God, knows to ask from God why God is mindful of man in Psalm 8:4, “What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? “
To have a mind of God is not by determination but by desire.
Know to ask that God will enable you by depositing in you with His word to be mindful of Him.
Hebrews 8:10-12 states, “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 11 None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
One with the word of God shall be mindful of God to answers as one that belongs to God.
God wants all to be mindful of Him.
The majority are not mindful of God but empty of God.
Pray, without ceasing, ask to be enabled with mindful of God.
PRAYER:
Ask that God will put His word (law) in your mind as He promised the Israelites and to stamp them on your heart to live life as His own in all the days of life He has given you.
Ask that the mind for God shall make you be in a position of having His mercy continually in the life journey that your unrighteous and sins shall not remember before Him.
Inquiring is an approach to asking questions, making discoveries for what is not known, to gain understanding and knowledge.
One that is quick in inquiring before God lives as one after the mind of God.
Having faith is inquiring from God, not to doubt, the evidence of one that is mindful of God.
One that inquires with faith does not doubt but acknowledges God with the mind.
Why not be mindful of God?
Know to stay your mind on God as a way of life, to gain the blessings of mind that focus on God.
Isaiah 26:3 records the promise of God for the mindful towards Him, “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”
To live life by the word of God is mindful of God not to stumble.

Prayer for today: Ask to live life for God.

SERVING GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: How are you serving God?

Psalm 139

David searches his service before God to re-address himself for doing right before God.
Bible records: “I call to remembrance my song in the night; I meditate within my heart, and my spirit makes diligent search.” (Psalm 77:6)
Psalm 139:1, “O Lord, You have searched me and known me.”
Psalm 139:23, “Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties.”
Word of God demands all to serve God to be righteous before God, doing right at all times.
To be doing right before God is, knowing the word of God, living life by His word.
Isaiah 3:10-11 records the mind of God towards how individuals serve God: “Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, For they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him, For the reward of his hands shall be given him.”
To be serving God right is sowing fruit to reap from God.
Living life to please God is sowing to reap good before God.
Living life to know good before God and not doing good before God is wrong, the mark of a wicked one.
Who are you before God?
How are you serving God?
Search yourself before God to know yourself and how you are serving Him.
Are you righteous, or are you wicked?
Interestingly, serving God by all is not hidden but in the word of God is to be identified to know serving God.
Despise from wickedness, live life right before God to reap the goodness of God.
Answering as a believer is not evidence of not being a wicked one in the ways of life.
The error in life is answering as a believer and living a life of wickedness?
Jeremiah must have been curious by the wicked act of acclaimed believers before he asks from God: “Righteous are You, O Lord when I plead with You; Yet let me talk with You about Your judgments. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are those happy who deal so treacherously? You have planted them, yes, they have taken root; They grow, yes, they bear fruit. You are near in their mouth but far from their mind.” (Jeremiah 12:1-2)
One that is wicked cannot possibly be righteous before God.
The wicked ones are quick to quote the word of God, but the word of God is far from the mind with no fear of God.
One with the mind of God will experience the hand of God that is in place for righteous ones with the fear of God.
Isaiah 3:10-11 records the judgment of God for the right ones and the wicked ones: “Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him, For the reward of his hands shall be given him.”
Know God by His word to fear Him, be obedient by serving God right, not as a wicked one.
In the journey of life, the judgment of God for how all serve Him matters.

Prayer for today: Ask that you live life for God, not live a life of waste.

GOD REMEMBERS

FAITH CAPSULE: God shall remember you by your way of life.

Genesis 6

This season, understand and know to provoke God to remember you.
One that calls on God to gain the attention of God is not an error.
God does not forget, but one with a desire to be remembered by God should expectantly call on God that does not disregard calling on Him.
Take note that God waits to ask for those that wait on Him. (Isaiah 64:4)
Calling on God to be remembered is not a sin but asking, seeking, knocking to gain the attention of God.
Matthew 7:7-8 records, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”
The Israelites called on God to remember them in the bondage of Egypt.
Exodus 2:23-25 documents the calling of the Israelites unto God,
“Now it happened in the process of time that the king of Egypt died. Then the children of Israel groaned because of the bondage, and they cried out, and their cry came up to God because of the bondage. So God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob. And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God acknowledged them.”
The challenging time is now.
Knowing God for His goodness and mercy is not to keep quiet from calling on God, to be remembered for His divine intervention.
How are you living for God to mark you to remember you in a challenging time?
For example, during the days of Noah, when wickedness was increasingly unacceptable before God, Noah was the only one in his challenging time to be remembered by God, to gain the salvation of God.
The Bible records, “…Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.”  (Genesis 6:8)
Noah could not be intimidated to stop doing right but gained attention before God.
Noah found grace, and salvation was his portion to be remembered by God.
Genesis 8:1 records, “Then God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.” (Genesis 8:1)
The Grace of God is the Lord Jesus that was, and He is here for all to walk with God, to be remembered by Lord God.
Among ways to be remembered is to be consistent with the Word of God.
Malachi 3:16 testifies, “Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, And the LORD listened and heard them; So, a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the LORD And who meditate on His name.” (Malachi 3:16)
Live life to the glory of God that remembers to respond.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to be right before God and be remembered by God.

WALK WITH GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: Know God to walk with God.

Psalm 34

The majority of believers know about God, only know about the truth, unfortunately, not know God, the truth of God to be free.
John 8:32 points out, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Do you know about God, the truth of God instead of knowing God, the truth of God?
Knowing God, the truth of God walks with God to be free, living life for the glory of God.
Determination is not enough to qualify one as walking with God.
A desire (not just determination) to walk with God shall provoke God to deposit what it takes to walk with Him.
Get to know God in His word, walk with God, stay close to God more than ever before.
The challenging time is now.
One that is right by walking with God is not an excuse not to have challenges but shall experience the deliverance of God in it all.
Psalm 34:19 encourages, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.”
God has walked people through challenging times they have never experienced before.
God, the unchanging that changes stagnation to motion for good, is still on the throne to walk those who walk with Him through in the place of challenges.
Get the understanding that things will never be what they were.
Put aside anything that would keep you from walking with God, not to see, hear from God, continually.
What you hear from God is for you with the understanding but makes no sense to others outside of you.
In walking with God, what one hears is what such will see. Also, it is what one sees that one will receive to become of such.
Noah walks with God to hear unquestionable, unexpected, or acceptable to others but, Noah was obedient to God to ignore others.
Prayerfully walk with, before Him, in Him because the best and the worst time is now, but all will live the time to experience that God alone is the unchanging changer, the only God that reverses the irreversible.
With desire, prayerfully ask for enablement to walk with God.
Enoch walked with God to have a healthy 365 years and had sons and daughters.
Enoch did not die a sudden or untimely death as God took him. (Genesis 5:21-24)
Noah walked with God at a time of corruption and destruction.
Noah walked with God to find grace before God.
Genesis 6:9-10 testifies, “Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God. And Noah begot three sons…”
Abraham walked before God when God called him out to walk before Him. (Genesis 17:1)
Abraham walked with God by walking before God, to be blameless and possess the promises of God for his life.
Walking with God is walking for God, is also to walk in Him.
WALKING IN HIM
The word of God points that walking with God, walking before God, is walking in
Him. Colossians 2:6 states, “As you, therefore, have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.”
Have you believed and received God into your life?
Know God, not knowing about God.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to walk with God.

DISALLOWING GOD?

FAITH CAPSULE: Disallow your concern to allow the command of God.

Jonah 1, 2

Disallowing the command of God is disobedience.
Disobedient to the word of God is an avenue to painful consequences in life.
Disobedience is the evidence of carelessness, not keeping the commandment (word) of God.
Proverbs 19:16 warns, “He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, but he who is careless of his ways will die.” (Proverbs 19:16)
Are you keeping yourself in the word of God for His direction over your life?
Jonah was with the case of disobedience to the command of God.
The book of Jonah 1:1-3 records, “Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.” But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. He went down to Joppa, and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord.”
Jonah was careless not to keep to the direction of God over his life.
When God calls and sends one, He will back such one not to fail.
The command of God is His direction to keep but, disobedience will lead to self-destruction.
Jonah was supposed to obey God regardless of what seemed right to him.
Have you received the calling of God with a specific direction, not your specified idea?
God called Moses out to lead the children of Israel out of the bondage of over four hundred years.
Moses, out of his concern for God, reacted to the rebellious act of the children of Israel towards God.
Moses took it upon himself to strike the rock against the direction of God. God responded to the disobedient of Moses, “Then the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not believe Me, to hallow Me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.” (Numbers 20:12)
The same God sent Samuel to go and anoint David while Saul was still living as the King.
Samuel was concerned about the command of God when he asked, “How can I go? If Saul hears it, he will kill me.” (1 Samuel 16:2)
Out of concern, Samuel could have responded by going his own way but went by the command of God.
God responded to Samuel, “…Take a heifer with you, and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the Lord.’ Then invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what you shall do; you shall anoint for Me the one I name to you.”1 Samuel 16:2-3)
The concern of Samuel could not provoke him to disobey the command of God.
God alone knows the end from the beginning.
God knows all before the birth of anyone.
Disallow your concern by allowing His command to have His place.

Prayer for today: Ask to live life by obeying the word of God.
