PRAY IT TODAY

FAITH CAPSULE: Giving self to prayer with attention will gain God’s attention.

Isaiah 64

Prayer is not a playing ground but a ground to prevail by giving self continually to prayer and the ministry of the word.
Prayer must be engaged with expectation for manifestation.
Prayer is seeking God diligently to find God.
The only thing God cannot do is, “God cannot fail but will answer with…yes, no, or wait”
Prayer is where God waits to act for those that wait on Him” as word of God testifies in Isaiah 64:4, “For since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.”

Paying attention to our prayer BEFORE GOD will gain the attention of God because it is the evidence of praying before God with understanding. Psalm 47:7 let us know that all our seeking God should be with understanding when it states, “For God is the King of all the earth; Sing praises with understanding.” Giving self to prayer before God is seeking God to gain God’s attention for manifestation.

With understanding in the word of God, pray the following prayer points today:

God spoke in Genesis 6:5, “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
This hour of self-deliverance, individually, each will pray against evil occurrence in this wicked world by asking that the Word of God be established in one’s life, this hour in the name of Jesus.
Psalm 107:20 records, “He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”
Pray, ask that the healing nature of God’s word answered in your life.
Pray that deliverance and preservation power in the word of God will have a place in your life.
Pray that the word of God is established in your life, that you live life for the glory of God.

Paul the Apostle admonishes all in Acts 6:4, “but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.” If we do as it is written, the word will not fail for us. We will pray the word of God in Jeremiah 23:29 that says, “‘Is my word not like fire?’ says the LORD. ‘And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?’”
Pray, by asking from God that the fire in the Word of God to burn off all that does not represent God in the journey of your life physically, spiritually, or emotionally in the name of Jesus.
Pray by asking for the hammer nature of the Word of God to break down every rock of hindrance in your life.

Prayer for today: Ask from God to give ears to your prayer point for today.

ARE YOU SEEKING GOD?

FAITH CAPSULE: How are you seeking God?

Matthew 6

In this wicked world come out of religion, give yourself to a commitment to God.
Commitment to God is seeking God diligently.
How are you seeking God?
What is the purpose of your need to seek God?
Seek God diligently is seeking God first as Matthew 6:33 records, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Seeking God is the testimony of those who love God as Proverbs 8:17 records, “I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently will find me.”
One that believes in God and knows that God is a rewarder of those who seek Him are ones that will seek God diligently as Hebrews 11:6 records, “…he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Seeking God with heart and soul is seeking God diligently to find God as Deuteronomy 4:29 states, “But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”
Seeking God diligently to find God is serving God.
Serving God is living life for God.
Living life for God will follow the word of God right.
Seeking God diligently is following righteousness as pointed in Isaiah 51:1, “Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness, you who seek the Lord…” With today’s world of wickedness, it is wise for one to listen and to give self to the word of God. One that is not giving ear to hear will not know God, to gain an understanding of God. Jeremiah 16:12 testified, “each one follows the dictates of his own evil heart so that no one listens to Me.”
Seeking God diligently is serving God.
Serving God is following God with no hidden agenda because God knows all.
Word of God demands and declare what it means to follow God in John 12:26, “If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.”
Give self to seeking God diligently to find God.
Believe and know that if it is not possible to seek God diligently, to find Him, He would not have asked us to seek Him diligently.
Above all, one that follows God is not possible to walk in darkness as declared by the word of God that is true. John 8:12 confirms, “He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life.”
God is true. Seek God diligently to find Him.
One that seeks God diligently is the evidence of the servant of the Lord.
Serve God by living life for God to gain His promises and not be a victim of the wicked world.

Prayer for today: Ask for the hand of God to establish you in serving Him diligently.

WALK HIS WAY

FAITH CAPSULE: The word of God is His way.

Exodus 33

The word of God is God.
The way of God for all under heaven is His word.
Moses asked for from God about the way of God for him in Exodus 33:13, “Now, therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people.” (Exodus 33:13)
In the way of God, there is direction, deliverance, and preservation.
Are you asking for God’s way in your life?
It does not matter how long you have been taking to your way, but it is true and certain that the way of God cannot be wrong.
The way of man cannot be compared to the way of God.
In the way of God, there is life but in the way man, there is death. Proverbs 16:25 buttresses, “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.”
The way of man can be of mockery God cannot be mocked; God sees from where man is coming from to where man is going.
Which way are you have you taking?
Taking to a way outside of the way of God is a way with no rest that can lead to self-destruction.
God answered the question of Moses’ request for His way, “And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (Exodus 33:14) The word of God is God, and His word is His presence.
The way of God is written in the pages of the Bible.
Moses asked God and he received an answer from God as Psalm 103:7 testified, “He made known His ways to Moses…”
Are you asking for God’s way that will give you an unfailing answer for your way?
God cannot fail when a man adopts to God’s way.
It is impossible to take to the way of God and end up in destruction. However, it is evident that when a man takes outside of God’s way self-destruction becomes a possibility.
In the journey of life, there are so many ways that seem right but not all lead to life.
Give yourself to self-examination and avoid self-destruction.
The book of Proverbs 16:2 states, “All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, But the LORD weighs the spirits.”
Will you be sincere with yourself and let God direct or redirect your steps into His way?
Taking to the way of God is the evidence of having faith in God.
With faith, God is pleased with one that walks in Him, His way the evidence of having faith in Him. Proverbs 16:7 admonished us, “When a man’s ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.”
The word of God is God, His word is His way that will not fail for a man that asks and know to walk in God’s way.

Prayer for today: Ask God for your life to walk in His way all the days He has given you.

KNOW TO RESTRAIN

FAITH CAPSULE: Compromising the word of God is a failure to restrain.

1 Samuel 2:22-36, 1 Samuel 3:1-13

Compromising the word of God is the evidence of lack of fear of God, lack of understanding among believers and unbelievers.
Are you compromising the word of God by choosing against how He wants all to live life?
Compromise exists in the church and outside of the church.
A believer that is serving God as it pleases self is against the word of God.
Compromising the word of God is a lack of faith. Without faith, God is not pleased. (Hebrews 11:6)
Compromise is not of God.
Compromising the word of God is the tool of the devil to confuse believers and unbelievers to corrupt the journey in life.
Compromise is a conscious or unconscious way of embracing evil and not living life to fear God. A believing believer that does not restrain wrongdoing is taking to a position of compromise, not to do right.
James 4:17 buttresses, “Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.”
Are you compromising the word of God to impress your member, your pastor? Are you compromising the word of God to be complementing an eminent member or to avoid eminent one from departing from your member?
Also, compromising wrongly between parents and children is not of God. Eli and his sons compromised the word of God. The Bible records the corruption of the sons of Eli in 1 Samuel 2:12-15, “Now the sons of Eli were corrupt; they did not know the Lord. And the priests’ custom with the people was that when any man offered a sacrifice, the priest’s servant would come with a three-pronged fleshhook in his hand while the meat was boiling. Then he would thrust it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; and the priest would take for himself all that the fleshhook brought up. So they did in Shiloh to all the Israelites who came there. Also, before they burned the fat, the priest’s servant would come and say to the man who sacrificed, “Give meat for roasting to the priest, for he will not take boiled meat from you, but raw.”
Compromising the word of God by the sons of Eli was recorded as great sin before God because Eli did not restrain his children. (1 Samuel 3:13) God called on Samuel to identify Eli’s son sin and His judgment of Eli, “In that day I will perform against Eli all that I have spoken concerning his house, from beginning to end. For I have told him that I will judge his house forever for the iniquity which he knows, because his sons made themselves vile, and he did not restrain them.” (1 Samuel 3:12-13) Eli compromised before God, and it counted as his sin before God.
Eli’s compromise was his corruption before God, while his sons were terminated.

Prayer for today: Ask from God to deliver you from every ground of compromising His word.

LIVE LIFE FOR GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: Living life by God’s command is following God.

1 Kings 19

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FOLLOW GOD?
Given self in submission to God’s word will follow God, will not miss the kingdom of God.
In the journey of life, there is no exception for rich or poor that does not follow God and make it to the kingdom of God.
In the journey of life, whatever a man is holding onto against God’s command will not follow God to make it to the kingdom of God.
What are you holding on and not able to give yourself to God’s command?
Abraham is an example of a rich one that followed God’s command to sacrifice the life of his son in his journey of life. He followed God’s calling as he attempted to sacrifice his only son when God spoke to him. Genesis 22:12 records, “Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now, I know that you fear God since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.” Abraham fears God to follow God’s command. God testifies the fear of Abraham for His name as Abraham lived life to follow God.
In your life, whatever it is that holds you back from giving yourself to the word of God will keep you from following God to miss the kingdom of God.
Are you with desires to make it to the kingdom of God, a life of eternity?
Live life by following God’s command.
Elisha is another example of a rich one that left all to follow the calling of God over his life. When God called Elisha, through Elijah, he responded, “…Please let me kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow you…” (1 Kings 19:20) Elisha’s answer was holding against following God, he was not ready to follow God but later gave up all to follow God as the Bible records, “So Elisha turned back from him, and took a yoke of oxen and slaughtered them and boiled their flesh, using the oxen’s equipment, and gave it to the people, and they ate. Then he arose and followed Elijah, and became his servant.” (1 Kings 19:21)
In your journey of life, what is it that is holding you back from following God?
Is it your property or family that is holding you from following God?
Jesus identifies what it takes to follow Him when he said, “…you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life.” (Matthew 19:28-30)
From today, live life for God by following His command, to make the kingdom of heaven, the kingdom of God that is not a fiction.

Prayer for today: Ask from God to enable you for living life for His glory.
