GOD SEES ALL

FAITH CAPSULE: All should know to maintain focus on God alone.

Psalm 37

Remain focused only on God to gain and maintain His presence.
The wicked one is the evil one, while God alone oversees all that exists under heaven and earth.
Focus on God to disregard evil doing.
The Psalmist encourages all, “Do not fret because of evildoers, nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.” (Psalm 37:1)
One not resting on the promise of God shall be fretful of the evildoers.
One that does not trust in God maintains self in trouble and does not rest on the Lord.
Consider engaging the promise of God for your life.
To be envious of the workers of iniquity is evidence of not focusing on God that meets the need of all.
A failure not to wait on God will cause one to live a life of waste.
One that does not rest on God will rust away.
Acclaimed believers of God must know and not be fretful of the truth that wicked ones are here to stay until the Lord is ready to take them away.
The same Psalm 37 gave the prescription of what it takes to ignore the wicked ones stating, “Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.” (Psalm 37:3)
Doing according to the word of God shall prompt His promise against the wicked.
The Lord God sees all things and knows all.
Time belongs to God, and He will seek out the wicked ones.
The book of Ecclesiastes 8:11-13 admonished, “Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him. But it will not be well with the wicked; nor will he prolong his days, which are as a shadow, because he does not fear before God.”
All should know to maintain focus on God alone, not focusing on the wicked one.
Also, do not focus on yourself to be able to focus on God in this wicked world.
One that focuses on God will fear God and not fret because of wicked ones, the evildoers.
God alone knows when to deal with those with the choice not to come out of wickedness.
Jeremiah questioned, “…Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are those happy who deal so treacherously? You have planted them, yes, they have taken root; they grow, yes, they bear fruit. You are near in their mouth but far from their mind.” (Jeremiah 12:1-2)
God does not sleep, not slumber, and all must focus on God alone.

Prayer for today: Ask for deliverance from the path of wicked ones.

KNOW TO RECEIVE

FAITH CAPSULE: Rare revelation among believers is rooted in sleeping off to miss the presence of God.

1 Samuel 3

1 Samuel 3:1 records, “…the word of Lord was rare in those days; there was no widespread revelation.”
Are you giving yourself to study the word of God?
Today are you getting to know the word of God but not only to know about the word of God?
One that knows about does not know God.
To know about is not enough to receive revelation in His word.
Knowing the word of God is to receive His revelation.
Many are quoting and singing the word of God, but the majority do not know the word of God.
Rare revelation among believers is rooted in sleeping off to miss the presence of God.
The majority of the evidence of living by the word of God is not evident among the majority of believers, not exposed to the revelation of God.
Think of it, how can one that does not receive the revelation of God will be evidence of the revelation of God?
Without a doubt, the evidence of God is the revelation of God.
When Eli was the priest, 1 Samuel 3:1 states, “…the word of Lord was rare in those days; there was no widespread revelation.”
The word of God is His presence; His communication is His revelation, and where there is no revelation, the transformation ceases.
The life journey without transformation will lead to termination.
It is only the one who has the understanding of the need for the revelation of God that will consciously seek after His revelation.
What is about revelation experience?
Revelation from God will bring forth deliverance, preservation, and salvation will reign.
The situation of no revelation in Shiloh called for the return of God.
The return of the appearance of God, by His revelation, happened through Samuel.
The coming to life of Samuel came with the revelation at Shiloh.
1 Samuel 3:21“Then the LORD appeared again in Shiloh, for the LORD revealed Himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.
God that appeared again in Shiloh will also appear again to visit you if you have lost contact with Him.
Are you staying away from the word of God but spending time in the wicked world?
God is the same yesterday and today.
Where His word becomes rare, widespread of His revelation will cease. He is a faithful God!
Call on Him and state your request to Him.
The revelation is with one that remembers God for His goodness and mercy.
The Psalmist desires to be remembered by God.
Psalm 106:5 records, “Remember me, O Lord, with the favor You have toward Your people. Oh, visit me with Your salvation”
When God remembers or visits, one shall be exposed to the revelation to experience the benefit of His chosen ones.
Give yourself continually to the word of God, and the revelation of God will not be rare from you.

Prayer for today: Ask for the strength to be giving self to the word of God, gaining the revelation from God.

BE CAREFUL!

FAITH CAPSULE: Be careful to obey the command of God diligently.

Numbers 20

The Word of God is God. (John 1:1)
The command is His way.
The command of God, the way of God, and the Word of God are His presence.
Are you giving yourself to the presence of God to occupy you?
All should know to give themselves to the Word of God and be careful keeping to the ways of God.
Proverbs 19:16 admonishes, “He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, but he who is careless of his ways will die.”
Give to the way of God that will guide you to arrive at the expected end without failure or destruction.
Is it your ways that you are keeping instead of His ways?
Keep the word of God, giving regard as the command of God in every step of life.
Jonah chose to look over the word of God, a careless choice to disobey God.
Jonah 1:1-3 documents, “Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.” But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. He went down to Joppa and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord.”
Jonah, the son of Amittai, the prophet of God, made his choice over the choice of God.
Jonah was careless for the word of God as he stumbled into a position of self-destruction.
Regardless of any challenging situation, the business of Jonah was to answer as commanded by God.
Are you disregarding the calling of God?
1Thessalonian 5:24 warns, “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.”
God called Moses out to lead the children of Israel out of the bondage of over four hundred years.
Moses was careless not to be careful with the word of God.
Moses reacted to the rebellious act of the children of Israel towards God instead of letting God be God against the wrong of the Israelites.
Moses took it upon himself to strike the rock instead of speaking for water.
No excuse for wrongdoing counts before God.
There was no excuse for Moses before God when he disregarded the word.
God responded to Moses, “…Because you did not believe Me, to hallow Me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.” (Numbers 20:12)
Do not be careless before God, be concerned, and not be corrupted in responding to the calling of God.
Disallow your concern; allow the command of God to take charge of your life.
Regardless of who you are before God, remain careful and consistently attend to God fully.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to live life by the word of God.

DO GOOD FOR GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: Among ways existing for God is worshiping God by doing good for His glory.

Luke 10:25-37, Revelation 4

Know to live life for God, the One and only creator.
Revelation 4:11 informs all, “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, and by Your will, they exist and were created.”
The will of God is that all should exist for God.
Angel worships God non-stop.
Man exists for God.
Among ways to exist for God is worshiping God and giving glory and honor.
Know to do good for God to be glorified.
Is it in you to exist doing good for the glory of God?
Bible recorded, “Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” (James 4:17)
Doing good consciously or unconsciously is a sin by not glorifying God while doing good shall experience the blessing of God.
In Galatians 5:22, doing good is listed among the fruit of the spirit, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.”
The number of pages of the Bible emphasized the importance of doing good.
Romans 12:9, “…Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.”
1 Thessalonians 5:15, “See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.”
2 Thessalonians 3:13, “But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good.”
Hebrews 13:16, “But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.”
Jesus identifies an example to be a good one in the parable of the Good Samaritan.
In the parable, a stranger from Samaritan saw another stranger from Jerusalem who fell among thieves, badly wounded, and stripped off his clothing.
The Samaritan could not walk away like others before him but engaged the stranger from Jerusalem and spent his resources to make sure the stranger from Jerusalem received proper medical attention.
Jesus, our compassionate savior, referred to the good doing of the Samaritan, “But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion.” (Luke 10:33)
Doing good is having compassion.
Compassion is the heart of Jesus.
It is godly to be doing good.
Are you a believing believer or an unbelieving believer?
As a believing believer, choose to consciously have a mind of doing good to the glory of God and reason to exist for God.
Be constantly concerned about doing good.
As a believing believer, become active in caring for others and doing good to the glory of God.
All should know with understanding doing good is in the name of God and for the glory of God.
To be concerned for others is heaven acknowledgeable that provokes the blessing of God.
Gain the understanding that doing good glorifies God.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to do good for the glory of God.

BE NEAR TO GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: God is never far but near to all, while the majority are far from Him.

Psalm 145

Keeping testimonies and meditating will keep one near to God.
TESTIMONIES OF GOD
A man with the understanding and knowledge of the testimonies of God is near to God.
Psalm 119:1-6 buttressed what it means to walk and keep testimonies of God, “Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord!
Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, who seek Him with the whole heart!
They also do no iniquity; They walk in His ways.
You have commanded us to keep Your precepts diligently.
Oh, that my ways were directed to keep Your statutes!
Then I would not be ashamed When I look into all Your commandments.”
Keep the testimonies of God by walking by His word.
The blessings of God are for those near to God and know to fear Him.
Do you fear God?
If you are one with the fear of God, you are obedient to Him and near to claim his promises.
With understanding, know to fear God the will for all man as Deuteronomy 6:24-25 states, “And the Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that He might preserve us alive, as it is this day. Then it will be righteousness for us if we are careful to observe all these commandments before the Lord our God, as He has commanded us.”
To fear God, keep His testimonies, to walk by His word.
MEDITATING THE WORD OF GOD
The word of God is God.
Meditating the word of God is communicating with God continually.
God did not hide the secret of meditation when He spoke to Joshua, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:8-9)
Of all several means of communicating with God to keep one near His presence is meditating His word day and night.
A true believer should desire to be near God.
King David testifies identities of God, “The Lord is righteous in all His ways, gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The Lord preserved all who love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy.” (Psalm 145:17-20)
The word of God is proven.
The word of God is perfect to all who will give themselves to meditating His word to gain and retain position near Him day and night.

Prayer for today: Ask God to take charge of your life to be near Him.
