KNOW YOURSELF

FAITH CAPSULE: Get to know yourself in the Lord.

Exodus 4

Do you know yourself in the Lord?
If you know yourself the Lord, you will know what the Lord has deposited in you. Knowing yourself in the Lord will determine how far you go in answering the calling of God over your life.
Get to know yourself in the Lord.
Psalm 49:20 states, “A man who is in honor yet does not understand is like the beasts that perish.” The lack of understanding denies answering to the calling of God in life.
Do you know what the Lord deposits in you? Give yourself to God to know yourself in Him.
When it was time for God to raise a giant among the giants that glorify His name, there will be no excuse for no one that does not know him or herself from answering to the calling of God.
Truly, confusion or lack of understanding is always with an attempt to deny the answering to the calling of God.
Moses is an example of one that does not know himself in the Lord.
When Moses escaped from Egypt because he killed an Egyptian in favor of an Israelite, God located him for his calling to point out what he does not know.
God will call no one for an assignment without empowering man.
At the time He called Moses, Moses does not know himself.
Exodus 4:2-4 records, “So the LORD said to him, “What is that in your hand?”
He said, “A rod.” And He said, “Cast it on the ground.” So he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent, and Moses fled from it. Then the LORD said to Moses, “Reach out your hand and take it by the tail” (and he reached out his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand),”   Moses had a rod and not know himself in the Lord to see the rod as a power of God he carries.
Get to know yourself in the Lord!
A rod of God in hand is the power of God at hand.
Moses did not know himself in the Lord for him to engage the assignment until the Lord shows Him.
Today, know that the calling of God does have a specific fitting rod in your hand.
Unlike the twelve disciples of Jesus, Apostle Paul did not walk with Jesus on the face of the earth, but he knew himself in the Lord more than any of the twelve disciples of Jesus. Paul testifies, “But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain, but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.” (1 Corinthians 15:10)
Just like Paul, know who you are in the grace of God, not to live a wasted life but live in the center of the assignment of God over your life.
Get to know yourself in the Lord and take off in the direction of your calling.

Prayer for today: Ask God for the grace of God not be in vain over you.

EASTER CELEBRATION IS CONTINUAL!

FAITH CAPSULE: Are you making noise of Easter celebration but yet living as a deceiver?

Luke 24

Easter celebration without knowledge and understanding is mere religion and not a continual celebration of the reality of Christ, His sacrifice for all.
Easter celebration of Jesus is every day knowing that Jesus has risen!
Living the testimony that Jesus has risen is keeping the testimony of God.
Psalm 119:2 admonishes all to keep the testimonies of God, “Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, who seek Him with the whole heart!”
With knowledge and understanding, Keep the testimonies that Jesus has risen!
Mark 9:31 records the teaching of Jesus, “For He taught His disciples and said to them, “The Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of men, and they will kill Him. And after He is killed, He will rise the third
day.”
Jesus experienced mockery. He was scourged and was spit on, killed but raised on the third day. (Mark 10:14) The experience of Jesus is the reason for the Easter celebration.
Easter celebration should be continual as the way of life. With understanding, it should be the testimony of living life for the glory of God, the evidence of acknowledging the goodness of God that is in place for all to accept Jesus not to become a victim of sin.
Are you an acclaimed believer or an unbelieving believer that does not live the testimony of the Easter celebration?
The identities of not living a life of the Easter celebration non-stop are: mocking the name of Jesus and denying Him to betray Him.
Are you betraying Jesus by denying Him?
Peter blatantly denied Jesus three times to avoid suffering with Him. Acclaimed believers identify with Jesus, but none wants to suffer with Him or suffer just like He did.
Are you making noise as a believer but yet living as a deceiver? Let deception not be your way of life because God sees it all!
With humiliation, Jesus carried the cross, went to the grave, and arise from the grave on the third day so that all will cross over with Him not to fall and fail to miss heaven.
The account of His humiliation is not to provoke emotional sobering but invoke engaging the reality of Christ.
How are you observing the humility of Christ Jesus?
Without humility, there is no way one can become obedient to the Word of God. Today, gain the understanding that “…He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.” (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)
Live life in obedience to God!
Know to believe the Living Word of God.
A believer should get it clear that the Easter celebration is a moment of celebrating the One that came and is here to elevate all.
Easter is the continual celebration for the goodness of God over the life of all.
Rejoice Jesus has risen!

Prayer for today:Ask God that you live life for His glory.

AVOID FAITH FAILURE

FAITH CAPSULE: Be humble, not to be a vessel of faith failure.

2 Chronicles 7

To be humble will enable to run the race of life without becoming a vessel of faith failure.
To know God will be humble not to be a vessel of faith failure.
Are you humble?
A humble one is with a low estimate of the importance of self.
God pays attention to how all conduct themselves in the journey of life.
James 4:10 testifies that God pays attention to humble ones, “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.”
One that is humble is one with meek.
Bible identifies the meek ones:
Psalm 37:11, “But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.”
Matthew 5:5, “Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. “
God is consistent and committed to His promise as 2 Chronicles 7:14 records the promise of God for humble ones, “…if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Are you humble and glaring by your way of life?
With the desire, will you give yourself to become humble, to claim the promises of God over the life of one that is humble?
Are you considering the way to be humble in this challenging trouble and not become a vessel of faith failure?
Philippians 2:3-8 identifies numbers of way to be humble, “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. 4 Let each of you look out not only for his own interests but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.”
The way to live life for the glory of God is to be a humble one.
Jesus, our Lord, and savior humbled Himself and obedient to the point of death on the cross. What stops you not to become humbled, living life for the glory of God?
Numbers in the Bible were humbled to walk with God.
Paul was humbled.
Moses was humbled, Numbers 12:3 testifies, “Now the man Moses was very humble, more than all men who were on the face of the earth.”
Make it your way of life to be humbled, keeping eyes on God, and not become a victim of faith failure in this challenging trouble of today.

Prayer for today: Ask God to enable you to become humble before Him.

FOUR POINTS

FAITH CAPSULE: Give yourself to the word of God.

Psalm 18

GIVE YOURSELF TO THE WORD OF GOD
Psalm 143:8 testifies, “Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning. For in You do I trust; Cause me to know the way in which I should walk for I lift up my soul to You.”  Hearing, observing, and obeying God in the morning will make the difference for the day. Make provision for hearing the word of God first in the morning. Trust and hope in God for daily endeavors. Also, what man hears will be like a compass for navigation through the challenges of life.
Give yourself to the word of God to lead you with deliverance.
LABOR IN THE WORD
Affliction is challenging.
Labor the word of God to deny doubt in your thought or action.
Doubting is the avenue to self-destruction. Do not doubt, do not limit, or despise the power of the word of God. Proverbs 13:13 warns“He who despises the word will be destroyed, but he who fears the commandment will be rewarded.”
The word of God is a live-wire for one that knows and understands the word of God that can terminate struggle or challenge in any area of life. Psalm 34:19 buttresses, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.”
Do not doubt the word of God!
GIVE YOURSELF TO THE WORD OF GOD
Think of it, the word of God is God. (John 1:1)
The presence of God is the word of God that led the Israelites in the wilderness journey to the Promised Land. The presence of God answered for the direction and leadership of Moses. Give yourself to the word of God to gain His rest that leads without fail.
All God did to lead was send His word through Moses. Psalm 103:7 records, “He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel.”
Without a doubt, the presence of God is the word of God. Give yourself to the word of God.
HEAR AND SEE IN THE WORD TO CLAIM IN HIS WORD
Are you hearing and not see what God is saying?
The word of God is God for us to see in Him as regards to, WHAT HE HAS DONE, WHAT HE IS DOING, AND WHAT HE WILL DO. Job testifies to hear and see to gain success in God. Job 42:5 records, “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You.” It is a believing believer, not an unbelieving believer, that will see in the character of God, in His word, to claim with the unfailing expectation which is yet to be in place.
Pray that God enables you to live life obediently to His word.
The word of God is a warning for all to respond and react to be right before God. 1 Colossians 3:28 records warning, “Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.”

Be right before God!

ARE YOU A MANEUVER-ER?

FAITH CAPSULE: Are you looking away from God?

Genesis 11:1-9, Psalm 24
Without an iota of doubt, creation can not maneuver God, the Creator.
If you are one that is surviving by telling lies to deceive or manipulating your world, mark it that God, the Creator alone, sees it all.
Watch it and know that telling lies can build you up for years to move you forward, but just a day is certainly enough to bring you out as a liar, a deceiver, a manipulator to bring down all years built up in lies.
You can maneuver your world with lies, but not the Creator, the God of all.
Isaiah 40:28 records, “Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.” The one and only Perfect God does have the fullness of the world in His hand.
Bible states, “The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein.” (Psalm 24:1) Under heaven and above, no man is in place to outmaneuver God.
Can you imagine a creature attempting to outmaneuver the Creator of all?
How can man outmaneuver God?
The God that spoke to Jeremiah is the same that created heaven and earth and all its fullness.
He spoke to Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5)
Many, by the wickedness of their heart, are destroying others to build for themselves. However, when the building is outside of God, it becomes an effort to outmaneuver the only Perfect Creator.
The building of the Tower of Babel was not in line with God.
The building was evidence of maneuvering God.
The people were lack of focus on God, to gain focus to build outside of the Perfect Creator. Genesis 11:4 records, “And they said, Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.”
When the focus is centered away from God, self-centeredness will take charge of the life that is given to man by God.
Are you looking away from God?
The people with the construction of the tower of Babel failed to consider that God is in control.
The land and its fullness belong to God.
God does not tolerate selfishness because it operates in opposition to the way of God. A self-centeredness represents arrogance and pride.
God saw where the people were coming from, and He knew where they were going with the Tower of Babel.
The act of self-centeredness to build against God provoked the response of God in Genesis 11:7-8 states, “Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech. So the LORD scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.”
Stop building outside of God, the attempt to maneuver God.

Prayer for today: Ask that you are enabled to live life for the glory of God.
