WORTHY IS GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: It is worth living life for the glory of God.

Genesis 22

It is reasonable for all to know, understand, and be mindful of the truth that God alone created all to live life for His glory and honor.
Revelations 4:11 records, “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will, they exist and were created.”
There is no reasonable excuse for no one not to live life for the glory and honor of God but to take God for granted.
In your service to God, are you pleasing yourself but displeasing God? Knowing God as a long-suffering God without living life for His glory is not a license for any man not to be living life for the glory of God.
Live life for God by lifting your hands as submission should be with the expectation of reaching God.
Claiming to be living life for God is to remain connected with God continually.
God is a good God that is worth for all man to be living life for His glory.
Seeking God diligently with all heart and with all soul is to find Him. Deuteronomy 4:29 speaks to all, “But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”  What do we do to live life for God when seeking God diligently instead of taking God for granted?
1. TO SEEK GOD DILIGENTLY is obedience to HIS WORD
Exodus 19:5 recorded, “Now, therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.”
The Bible spoke in the Old Testament for the obedience of Israelites before God.
The New Testament record the benefit of demonstration of obedience by disciples of Jesus. Luke 5:4-6 states, “When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch. But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless, at Your word, I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.” Obedience is seeking God to live for His glory. Disciples of Jesus obeyed to be enabled to live life for God as a fisher of man.
2. TO SEEK GOD DILIGENTLY will fear God not to hold self from His word.
Abraham lived life for the glory of God. Abraham could not withhold from the command of God as commanded by God.
God recognized the obedience of Abraham to His word and said, “Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now, I know that you fear God since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.” (Genesis 22:12)
Abraham could not take God for granted but lived life for God by seeking God with all his heart and soul.

Prayer for today: Ask that God enable you to live life for His glory.

QUESTION

FAITH CAPSULE: What kind of a believer are you?

Isaiah 37

There are unbelieving believers, and also there are believing believers.
Who are you?
Unbelieving believers are conversant in the word of God, carry the word of God in the mouth but not in the heart.
Unbelieving believers are with character and act as religious instead of living as Christ-like, which is the evidence of a believing believer living by the word of God.
What kind of a believer are you?
Today, with a desire, live life for God, ask that God will enable you to begin to live life by the word of God, to live life for the glory of God, and not to live a life of waste.
Prayer is the rod of a believing believer that prays with understanding for deliverance and preservation to excel to the glory of God.
Ask for the mercy of God to enable you with the strength of prayer continually before Him.
When King Sennacherib Assyrians mount up a threat against King Hezekiah, it was the prayer of Hezekiah that brought down the forces of Assyrians.
Hezekiah sent for Isaiah about the challenges of the Assyrians.
Isaiah 37:6-8 records the response to Hezekiah, ” And Isaiah said to them, “Thus you shall say to your master, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Do not be afraid of the words which you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me. 7 Surely I will send a spirit upon him, and he shall hear a rumor and return to his own land; and I will cause him to fall by the sword in his own land.”
Hezekiah was prayerful against the Assyrians when he concluded his prayer before God as stated, “Now, therefore, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the Lord, You alone.” (Isaiah 37:29)
God answered the prayer of Hezekiah and confirmed by Isaiah. (Isaiah 37:21)
Ask against every representative of Assyrians that is mounting against your destiny.
Also, the blasphemers of you shall fall and not rise again.
Ask that every threat against your life shall be shattered and not stand against you.
Answering or living life as a believing believer is not an excuse from praying continually.
The word of Paul the apostles encourages in Act 6:4, “but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”
As an acclaimed believing believer, do not disallow prayer from taking a central place in your life continually.
Hezekiah was sick when God sent Isaiah to reveal the cause of his sickness and his near death.
Isaiah 38:1 states, “In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.”
Hezekiah did not hesitate with an excuse but responds to the message of the Lord in Isaiah 38:2, “Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the Lord.”
Prayer of deliverance before God is not an excuse for all.

Prayer for today:  Ask God to enable you with strength on the prayer altar.

THE HELP OF GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: You should know and understand to engage the help of God.

Psalm 107

The number of challenges that mounts against you is not beyond God that will undoubtedly deliver you if you give heed to the word of God.
The word of God is for deliverance and preservation. Through the pages of the bible, those that engage the word of God experience deliverance and preservation.
Psalm 107:20 encourages the deliverance that the word of God carries, “He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.”
Are you with the expectation from God to experience healing, breakthrough from broken down, or having a way where there is no way?
Before God, there is no difficulty to experience possibility where there is an impossibility.
The word of God is the power of God to deliver anyone that will listen to hear the word of God.
Listening with understanding will see in the word of God.
To see in the word of God will be able to receive the saying in the word of God.
For you with the word of God: Paying attention to the word of God is listening to hear to see, to receive, and the will become of you.
The word of God is creating the power of God not to ignore by a believer of God.
Often, ignorance of a believer makes a destitute of such.
Disobedient is a rampart device of the devil to sway man, particularly a believer that gives self to a way that seems right in the place of living by the way in the word of God that is certain to deliver. Proverbs 14:12 warns all, “There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.”
The way of God will deliver when heard, see, receive and become in the life of one that hears the word of God.
Whose word are you giving yourself to in this wicked world?
Is it the word of whom you count on that you give yourself?
Pay attention and know that the one you count on is the same one you commit.
Today know to gain an understanding that it is an error to commit yourself.
Jesus, our Lord, and savior could not commit Himself to no man because He knows all. John 2:24 testifies, “But Jesus did not commit Himself to them because He knew all men.”
The help for all is in place by God, in His word, since the time of His creation.
Why are you looking out for help outside of God?
God is the Almighty God, and by His hand, He will not look away from those who seek Him in His help.  John 10:10 records, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.”
Incomparable help of God to have life more abundantly that is already here for one that will give self to the word of God.
Know that the help of God is here!

Prayer for today: Ask God to enable you to give yourself to His word continually.

SERVE WITH UNDERSTANDING

FAITH MAIL: Are you with limited understanding to serve God right?

Numbers 14

A believer of God must serve and worship God with understanding.
As an acclaimed believer, are you serving God with all your heart, with all soul, and with all strength?
To serve God wrongly comes with a costly consequence.
Uzzah served God with good intentions but lost his life. The attempt of Uzzah to keep the Ark of God from falling took away his life. His act of serving was against the Word of God that forbids anyone from touching the Ark of God. The Bible records, “Then the anger of the LORD was aroused against Uzzah, and God struck him there for his error; and he died there by the ark of God.” (2 Samuel 6:7) Uzzah failed to serve God to become terminated untimely.
When the Israelites were coming out of the bondage of Egypt for over four hundred years, God required them to serve Him; however, their service was incomplete. The failure of the Israelites in times of challenges was their faith failure before God. In their challenging times, they confessed negatives by murmuring against God.
God responded to Israelites’ faith-failure through Moses as stated: “Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the LORD, ‘just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you: The carcasses of you who have complained against Me shall fall in this wilderness, all of you who were numbered, according to your entire number, from twenty years old and above. Except for Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun, you shall by no means enter the land which I swore I would make you dwell in.” (Numbers 14:28-30)
Failure to serve God with the whole heart is the evidence of not following Him fully.
As a result of not following God fully, every Israelite that left Egypt above the age of twenty failed not to complete their journey to the Promised Land.
Are you serving God fully to avoid a failure to arrive at the promise of God?
With your desire to serve God, what is holding you back from serving God acceptably? Jesus responds to believers, “Then Jesus said to His disciples, If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.” (Matthew 16:24)
Are you with limited understanding to serve God right?
Are you with a commitment to serve God?
Serving God demands to follow Him fully. Jesus admonishes, “If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me: and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.” (John 12:26)
With understanding, serve God not to become terminated.

Prayer for today: Ask that you will serve God with understanding.

DILIGENT MIND

FAITH CAPSULE: A diligent mind will not conform to the world.

Romans 12

The sound and clear warning by Paul the Apostle, in Romans 12:2, states, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Conformity can be action or behavior in correspondence with current customs, rules, or styles.
The apostle Paul warns all not to conform to this world. Unfortunately, the warning is falling onto deaf ears among the acclaimed believers. Conformity to this world is thriving even among the acclaimed believers, not just unbelievers of the world.
What is it about this world?
The ruler of this world is the wicked one, the liar and the destroyer, the devil himself.
The devil engineers falling it was the evil one that led Adam and Eve into disobedience that kicked them out of where God had placed them, the Garden of Eden.
It is a warning for believers and unbelievers of the word not to conform to this world.
To be conformed to this world is rooted in the mind of man.
Today, how is your mind?
Without a doubt, the mind is the battleground where the enemy wants to take over, but keep the mind diligent by engaging in constant renew by the word of God.
Among ways renewing of the mind is based on commitment and constantly meditating on the word of God.
The evil, the father of lies, goes around looking for some to devour.
Evil is an active, constant, and consistent evil doing.
Always keep the mind away from pride that all evil branches.
Self-centeredness, stubbornness, rebellion are among that branches out of pride. Isaiah 26:3 admonishes, “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind stayed on You because he trusts in you.”
Make it a way of life by keeping the mind stay on God.
The calling of God is not a confirmation of getting to the expected end but an indication that God wants you to get to His calling over your life.
In all calling of God, with answering, there will always be an undoubtedly evil challenge with an attempt to deny the arrival of the called one to an expected end. However, in the calling by God, God does not fail to back the called up if the called will back off from every ground that does not glorify God.
1 Thessalonians 5:24 is an encouragement in the calling of God as verse states, “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.”
In all, challenges will come, but God will deliver in all. (Psalm 34:19)
Have you received the calling of God or the calling of the world?
With your desire and prayer before God, the grace of God shall enable you to arrive at the calling of God over your life.

Prayer for today: Ask God to enable you not to become a victim to conform to the wicked world.
