FAITH CAPSULE: Thank God with a heart full of joy regardless of any challenging situation.

HABAKKUK 3

Know to set your heart on God with joy regardless of the challenging situation of the wicked world.
Let meaningful praise before God become your character.
It is not enough to praise God without rejoicing. 
Is it your challenge that is denying praising God and not rejoicing? 
Do not praise Him without rejoicing or rejoice before Him with no praise directed to God.
Regardless of your challenge, do not suspend praising and rejoicing before God. 
Imagine the word of Habakkuk 3:17, “Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls. Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” 
Praising and rejoicing in times of challenges can be a painful sacrifice.
The Habakkuk 3:17 situation is like a valley where there seems to be no way out. 
The challenging situation with no end in sight can be a source of discouragement for praising and rejoicing before God.
Are you wondering when to come out of the depth of a challenging situation?
Also, no one wants to plant a tree without blossom or not harvest fruit where the vines should be bringing forth fruit as the crown of labor. 
Any hard laborer that seems to be producing a result that matches a lazy laborer will have a reason not to be praising and rejoicing before God.
Always praise and rejoice before God regardless of a challenging situation.
Habakkuk does have a word to encourage all in times of challenging situations like that of the experience of the hard laborer, “Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” (Habakkuk 3:18) 
Know that joy and rejoicing are the only ways to keep in the ways of God because it positions one in the presence of God. 
Jesus was with the family of Lazarus during mourning over Lazarus.
As they were lifting their voices in wailing, crying, and gnashing of teeth,  “… Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father I thank You that you have heard Me.” (John 11:41)  
In any challenging situation, praising God by giving thanks with a heart full of joy will prompt the goodness of God.
Knowing to praise God in a challenging situation is evidence of trust and hope in God.
Trust and hope in God for all things.
Jeremiah 17:7 encourages, “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord.”
Know God with understanding, and live life to gain an edge, not a vessel of pity in a challenging situation.

Prayer for today: Ask that meaningful praising God shall be your character.

FAITH CAPSULE: Without any doubt, the antidote for jealousy is attention.

Exodus 3, Colossians 3:1:17

The introduction to all states, “You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me.” (Exodus 20:5)
Know that God is jealous God.
“Joshua said to the people, “You are not able to serve the Lord. He is a holy God; he is a jealous God. He will not forgive your rebellion and your sins.” (Joshua 24:19)
that He wants nothing but for all to be free and serve Him.
What does it mean to serve God? 
To serve God demands all seek Him diligently and set their mind on things where God is above.
The book of Colossians 3:1-2 clearly states, “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.”
God is a jealous God.
Without any doubt, the antidote for jealousy is attention.
Giving attention to God is seeking God diligently.
God is the creator of all.
God is not a slave master but a saving God.
Why not put all aside, seeking God in His way, living for Him to find Him, the character of one that seeks Him diligently?
Seeking God will come with the challenges of this world.
Among the reasons for not seeking God diligently are:
-One that is yet to be dead in their trespasses will not rise to serve God.
-Inability to put off the body of the sins of the flesh.
-Setting the mind on worldly things more than things above will not serve God diligently.
There is no excuse to take the mind off the things of God, to avoid missing the presence of God.
Are you willing to serve God indeed and in truth?
Have you separated yourself from worldly things you once walked with as a way of life? 
The word requires all to put to death members on the earth, such as fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 
The members on earth will bring the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience. (Colossians 3:6-7)
Give regard to God constantly.
God is a caring God and does have a mind for all.
The jealousy of God is evidence of His caring for His creation.
David questioned before God, “What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him?” (Psalm 8:4)
The word also points directly for all to put off: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of our mouth, do not lie to one another. (Colossians 3:8-10)
Be renewed in knowledge according to the word of God. 
Serve God diligently to find Him and experience the power of God.

Prayer for today: Ask God to enable you to serve in seeking Him to find Him.

FAITH CAPSULE: One with contentment is with the heart of thanksgiving.

Exodus 2

Gratification is satisfaction.
Satisfaction is with contentment.
Anyone with a fear of God is bound not to be a victim of evil.
Satisfaction and contentment operate by thanking God.
Satisfaction and contentment are the evidence of fear of God that should fuel a heart of thanksgiving to God.
Fear God to let Him enable you in all the days He has given you.
The book of Proverbs buttresses, “The fear of the Lord leads to life, and he who has it will abide in satisfaction; He will not be visited with evil.” (Proverbs 19:23)
Do you have a heart of thanking God?
Do you know why you are thankful to God? 
Why not desire to thank God as a way of life?
Give thanks to God from the depth of your heart because God does not overlook heartful thanks.  
One with contentment is with the heart of thanksgiving.
The contentment of Moses influenced the character, and he was noticeable for assignment for God. 
Exodus 2:21 records, “Then Moses was content to live with the man, and he gave Zipporah his daughter to Moses.”  
One with the spirit of the content does not struggle to readjust where destiny positions such to embrace.
Moses lived in the palace of Pharaoh for forty years and ended up in Midian, a strange land. 
Moses refused to get carried away by the exuberant palace life and could not ignore the suffering of his brethren.
Moses, by his act of support for one of his brethren, became a murderer. He had to flee the palace of Pharaoh to avoid persecution at the hands of Pharaoh. 
Moses ran from Pharaoh to end at the desert as the location for living.
Moses was content to live in the desert with Jethro, his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, a strange land. 
There was no evidence or demonstration of bitterness or complaint with his new family in the land. 
The contentment of Moses is what made him become an agent in the hand of God for the assignment for his life.
One with content will take a position provoking the move of the hand of God to gain favor, guidance, deliverance, preservation, and many more blessings of God. 
1 Timothy 6:6-7 buttresses, “Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and we can certainly carry nothing out.” 
For Moses, coming out of a palace and into a strange land with a testimony of being content, he undoubtedly gained the attention of Heaven. 
The contentment of Moses speaks a great deal of his character. 
His action demonstrated that he brought nothing to this world, and no material wealth could have kept him from doing what was right when to do right is demanded. 
Moses had faith, and God was pleased to use him for noticeable assignments. 

Prayer for today: Ask God that the spirit of satisfaction will have a way of life in your life.

FAITH CAPSULE: It is important to seek knowledge.

Genesis 11:1-9

Know that God knows all things, and He deserves to be calling on Him in all.
One who seeks knowledge with all heart is bound to acquire knowledge.
Proverbs 18:15 identifies, “The heart of the prudent acquires knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.”
Do not settle for knowing about God, which is limited to the mouth and not in the heart.
Strive to know God!
One who knows about God is not enough to have an edge.
Strive to know God continually, gain knowledge, having an edge not to stagnate.
In the journey of life, a lack of knowledge prompts to perish.
Hosea 4:6 admonishes all, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have…” 
Knowing God is bound to excel, have an edge, and not be a victim of the wicked world.
God is a God of knowledge.
God is a caring God who will give the best options to live life for His glory.
1 Samuel 2:3 records, “For the Lord is the God of knowledge; And by Him actions are weighed.”
Strive to gain the knowledge of God, engaging in actions that weigh before God.
Let your your actions count before God.
God alone knows more about all because He alone created all. 
For God, no qualified doctor received a contract to help God in creating anyone. 
God alone is the perfect God of creation. 
God knows all about all.
The word of God to Jeremiah testifies to the truth that God knows all about all.
Jeremiah 1:5 records, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”  
The word of God to Jeremiah speaks to all without any exception. 
God alone knows the beginning to the end of every one.
Whatever God proposes, no one can dispose of it. 
What God disposes of, no man can propose it.
What are you proposing without asking God? 
Knowing that He knows all, it is good to call on Him for all. 
Think and know that acknowledgment of the move of God will give one a knowing edge not to miss the presence of God in all endeavors.
A lack of knowledge is a passage to fail.
In the Bible days, people failed to propose before God, having intention when they said, “Come let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.’” (Genesis 11:4) 
The proposed building was not the problem, but the motive behind the proposal conflicted with the Almighty God of creation. 
Having been blessed with plain land, with no obstruction for construction, the people wanted to construct and grow beyond their boundaries. 
Are you exercising knowledge, the character of knowing God?
Do not settle with knowing about God.

Prayer for today: Pray that you have knowledge seeking God in all endeavors before you.

FAITH CAPSULE: God alone is perfect and makes foolish wisdom. 

Judges 6:11-40, 7

When He calls you for His assignment, He will back you up and go before you.
God is perfect to perform, and He is the perfect creator.
God oversees the affairs of all.
God is wisdom.
None is wiser than God.
1 Corinthians 1:20-25 recorded, “Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. For Jews request a sign, and Greeks seek after wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness, but to those who are called both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” (1 Corinthians 1:20-25) 
God alone is perfect and makes foolish wisdom. 
He alone will turn weak to strength.
The story of Gideon is a testimony that God is not limited to calling whoever He chooses to use.
The father of Gideon is a Baal worshiper, but God called on Gideon to go and fight for the deliverance of His people.
When God moves to deliver, He will choose the least expected, the least qualified, or the least among the least to use for His deliverance assignment. 
When God is at work in the life of the called one, nothing is possible to derail the work of God.
God called Gideon for the assignment of deliverance unto salvation, but he responded to God, “O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed, my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.” 16 And the LORD said to him, ‘Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat the Midianites as one man.’ 17 Then he said to Him, ‘If now I have found favor in Your sight, then show me a sign that it is You who talk with me.’” (Judges 6:15-17) 
Gideon wanted confirmation that God had called him for the assignment. Gideon repeatedly asked God in various ways to confirm the calling over his life.
God indeed assigned Gideon, a son of a Baal worshiper, to go and deliver His people from bondage. 
Has the Lord been calling you?
What is holding you from answering His calling?
Your history is not enough to deny your calling. 
God called Gideon, and He backed Him up with power. 
When He calls you for His assignment, He will back you up and go before you. 
Gideon, with great fear, attempted not to answer the call, but God positioned him on the ground where he received every plan to go forward and be victorious to the glory of God. 

Prayer for today: Ask for boldness and power to move in the calling over your life.
