IN HIS WAY

FAITH CAPSULE: One that serves God in His way will walk in Him.

Daniel 6

To serve God continually sets one to be delivered and preserved by God.
Walking with God, walking before God, or walking in Him demands faith in the word of God.
Have faith, living continually by the word of God.
One that serves God in His way will walk in Him.
With continuity, Joseph served God with faith.
God sees all walks of Joseph from the sin that no one sees.
Joseph, in his way, could not yield to the pressure of the wife of his master, who wanted to lay with him.
Genesis 39:8-9 records, “But he refused and said to his master’s wife, “Look, my master does not know what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my hand. There is no one greater in this house than I, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?”
Joseph did not engage in sin before God but walked with God.
Joseph testified his stand before God, “How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God.”
Continuity should be a constant walk with God.
Daniel continually served God as his character when an unbeliever king recognized Daniel as serving the living God.
At the time of King Darius sentencing of Daniel to an untimely death in the den of lions, the king states: “Your God, whom you serve continually, He will deliver you.” (Daniel 6:16)
The Bible documented the loss of the sleep of King Darius, waiting for the morning hour to check the demonstration of the faith of Daniel.
Daniel 6:19-20 records, “Then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”
King Darius, an unbeliever of God, recognized in Daniel living life for God consistently would not become a victim of the wicked world.
Daniel continually gives attention to God to gain deliverance and become preserved.
After all night for Daniel among hungry lions, he responded to the calling of King Darius: “O king, live forever! My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths so that they have not hurt me because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.” (Daniel 6:21-22)
For Daniel, serving God and waiting on God is walking in Him to provoke heaven to give him unfailing deliverance and preservation over his life.

Prayer for today: Ask that you shall live to serve God continually.

TITLE WITH NO TASK

FAITH CAPSULE: Answering the title with no task to engage is not of God.

Acts 19:11-41

Answering the title of your choice in the name of God, not of God, is self-deception.
Answering to the title with no task to engage is not of God.
Deceiving yourself or others is telling lies to manipulate the world.
Anyone answering to the assignment of God when God did not call one in His assignment is self-alone.
Did God call you in what you are doing?
Who is your caller?
1 Thessalonians 5:24 reminds all, “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.”
Does the word of God speak to you?
Search yourself if you are on the assignment of the calling of God over your life.
Avoid living a life of waste!
The Bible records the story of Apostle Paul answering the calling of God, with the title as Apostle of God, healing the sick, and calling out the evil spirit in the life of many.
The Bible also records some Jewish exorcists who took it upon themselves to answer out of the calling of God.
Acts 19:11-17 records, “Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them, and the evil spirits went out of them. Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, “We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.” Also, there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?” Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. This became known both to all Jews and Greeks dwelling in Ephesus, and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.”
Are you assuming a title or taking up an assignment not of God?
The written word of God is for learning to understand and know how to navigate this wicked world and live for the glory of God.
What is your title in the name of God?
Are you self-appointed or man-appointed Apostle, Prophet, or Pastor, parading as in answer to the calling of God?
You need no one to help you to deceive yourself.
Also, you will need no man to stop you from deceiving your world.
Stop yourself from deceiving your world.
Give yourself to the given task of God in your life, not just answering to the title.
Come out of religion and give yourself to the reality of Christ.
The judgment of God is not asleep but will come at His appointed time.
Live right, engage the tasks of God, and not give yourself to the assigned title to you by any man.
Your task will count before God, not your title.

Prayer for today: Ask to live life according to the calling of God.

WORD OF GOD IS ALIVE

FAITH CAPSULE: The word of God is moveable to locate and to give direction.

Jeremiah 1

The word of God is God. (John1:1)
God magnified His word above all His name. (Psalm 138:2)
The word of God is alive and does not stagnate.
The word of God can locate whomever God chooses to give direction.
Have you experienced the visitation of the word of God and not known that the word of God visited you or still visiting you?
The word of God visited Abraham repeatedly.
Through the vision, the word of God came to Abraham with assurance of protection.
Genesis 15:1, “After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.”
The word of God located Abraham speaking to him with the promise for him to receive where there was a need for Abraham.
Genesis 15:4 records, “And behold, the word of the Lord came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir.”
Are you with expectation for the visitation of the word of God?
When God calls attention to wrongdoing or dissatisfaction, He goes by His word.
The wrongdoing of King Saul calls for the word of God for King Saul through Samuel.
1 Samuel 15:10-11 records, “Now the word of the Lord came to Samuel, saying, “I greatly regret that I have set up Saul as king, for he has turned back from following Me, and has not performed My commandments.” And it grieved Samuel, and he cried out to the Lord all night.”
No one can run or hide from God.
Jonah was among many who received the calling of God when the word located him with the direction in Jonah 1:1-2, “Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.”
The word of God went to locate Jonah.
Jeremiah was located by the word of God several times for direction to receive attention to see unseeable situations.
Jeremiah testifies, “The word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see a branch of an almond tree.” Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.” (Jeremiah 1:11-12)
The living word of God does not stagnate, but the word of God moved to call Jonah for direction, to call on Jeremiah to see the unseeable situation, for him to move forward not to be a failure in the assignment of God over life.
Unquestionably, with understanding, the word of God needs no permission to assess anyone as God desires to.

Prayer for today: Ask that the word of God will locate you to build you for His glory.

IS LISTENING IN YOU?

FAITH CAPSULE: Is listening to gain the presence of God in your life?

John 14

Are you listening to the world around you to gain understanding, not to become a victim of the world?
Listening is giving attention, and attention is listening.
Proverbs 4:1 testifies to the importance of attention to have understanding: “Hear, my children, the instruction of a father, and give attention to know understanding” (Proverbs 4:1)
Jesus also questioned and answered about understanding and listening, “Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word.” (John 8:43)
With listening comes understanding to know God, the truth to live for the glory of God.
All should listen, with understanding, and know that Jesus is the word of God.
John 1:1 states, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
Understand that Jesu, the word of God, is the truth when He says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)
One who does not listen to understand the word of God, the truth of God, cannot believe and will not know God as John 8:45 confirms, “But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me.”
How can you know about God but not know God, to be living by His word?
A lack of understanding testifies to knowing God and living by His word.
Do you know God, or do you know about God?
The majority of acclaimed believers who do not know the truth of God do not know God.
One who does not know the truth, the word of God, is not free.
John 8:42 confirms, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” know the truth of God to be free and not live by the standard of the world.
In this world, listening disability not to understand and know the truth of God is rooted in not having time for God.
Will you give attention to the word of God?
Allow the word of God, His light of God?
Psalm 119:130 admonishes, “The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.” One with no light of God shall continually experience the challenges of the world of darkness and not experience free, navigating through the world of darkness.
With understanding, know the truth of God and not suppress the truth of God, which is the righteousness of God.
Romans 1:18 warns, “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness.”
Let the desire for God become your portion.
Get the understanding that will enable you not to live a life of waste but to live a life of worshiping God, the purpose He creates all for His pleasure.

Prayer for today: Ask that God shall fill you with spiritual understanding.

PRAY WITH UNDERSTANDING

FAITH CAPSULE: Having understanding provokes the power of God.

Psalm 47

Let there be understanding to provoke the power of God.
Psalm 111:10 states, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments…”
Having an understanding of God will provoke the backing of the power of God.
Psalm 47:7 confirms, “For God is the King of all the earth; Sing praises with understanding.”
All ways of seeking God demand understanding to find God.
If praises demand to understand, prayer demands understanding.
Understanding to seek God is the power to gain the presence of God.
Ask that understanding to seek and find God shall become established in your life.
Ask for the understanding to pray and gain the visitation of God, become your portion.
WITH UNDERSTANDING, PRAY NOT TO BE REDUCED
Who or what is reducing you consciously or unconsciously?
What is it, physical, spiritual, or emotional, reducing you from living life to the glory of God?
Revelation 4:11 states God is worthy to receive glory, honor, and power. God created all things, And by His will, we all exist for Him.
Telling minute of massive lies counts before God and can terminate life.
Ananias and Saphira (Husband and wife) became reduced by telling lies, deception, and manipulation.
In the fellowship before the Holy Spirit, they sold their possession.
They kept back part of the proceeds.
Peter knew Satan filled their heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of what they sold. (Acts 5)
Telling lies must have been their way of life, but eventually reduced them.
The Bible records the error of Moses at Kadesh when he walked outside of God (the word of God is God) by speaking wrongly and striking with his rod to bring water to the Israelites. (Numbers 20)
PRAYER
Ask that the forces that reduce one consciously or unconsciously be permanently exposed so that you will not reduced.
Ask against being a liar, deceiver, and manipulator in life.
Peter mentioned that Satan gained access to the hearts of Ananias and Saphira to fill their heart.
Ask that what makes Satan gain access to the heart of one shall become a failure for Satan from gaining access into your heart.
Satan filled the hearts of Ananias and Saphira.
Ask not to live a life filled constantly by Satan.
Ask that whoever or whatever the enemy will use to fill you shall not have a place in your life.
Moses walked outside of God not to arrive at the promise of God.
Ask that starting from this hour, walking in God shall be your steps.
Not walking in God by Moses, in Kadesh, was called his error.
Moses disobeyed God by speaking and struck against the command of God.
Moses did not arrive at the promise of God.
Ask against error that will cancel your arrival at the Promise of God, not be your portion.
Ask that the spirit of obedience to the word of God begin to ride in you to walk in God in the days He has given you.
