FAITH CAPSULE:<\/strong>\u00a0The desire for God must be in the mind of all and not just in the mouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Samuel 13<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desire is to express a wish to obtain, a strong feeling that compels one to attain what the heart wants.\u00a0
As a believer, what do you desire?
Do you desire to be a churchgoer believer or a believer with sincerity for God?\u00a0
What you desire is what you seek.\u00a0
One that desires to live in heaven on the heart will seek after the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.\u00a0
Jesus declares,\u00a0\u201cBut seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.\u201d (Matthew 6:33)<\/strong><\/em>
The whole matter that counts and works perfectly is to fear God and keep His commandments, for this is all that counts.\u00a0
God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, good or evil.\u00a0(Ecclesiastes 12:13-14)<\/strong><\/em>
To fear God and to keep His command fulfill the desire to seek God.\u00a0
1 Samuel 12:24\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>states,\u00a0\u201cOnly fear the Lord, and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>
Does your heart sincerely desire to seek God?
Do you question yourself if you are serving God in truth with all your heart?
God has done great things, and He is doing more for all.
God only sees and moves by the act rooted in the heart of all.\u00a0
God once corrected Samuel in his attempt to make the brother of David the king,\u00a0\u201cDo not look at his appearance or his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.\u201d (1 Samuel 16:7)\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>
Without doubt, the heart of David is what God saw when His word declares,\u00a0\u201c\u2026The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the Lord has commanded him to be commander over His people\u201d (1 Samuel 13:14)\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>
David sought God, and He saw the desire of David.
God knows that his heart is for His name.
What do you desire?\u00a0
The desire for God must be in the mind of all and not just in the mouth.
Anyone with a desire for God is in the heart, and God will deposit the grace to become devoted to Him to be decorated by His presence.\u00a0
King David knows what is best to desire when he said,\u00a0\u201cOne thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple.\u201d (Psalm 27:4)<\/strong><\/em>
As an acclaimed believer, think if you sincerely desire the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
