FAITH CAPSULE:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Are you living by the word of God to claim the promise of God?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genesis 12<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One living by the word of God qualifies to answer as a believer of God.
One answering as a believer but not living by the word of God is a believer of the mouth, not of the heart.
Believing the word of God stands to claim the promise of God for one living by His word.
Are you living by the word of God, with the expectation to claim the promise of God?
The blessing of God comes with a condition.
The promise of God that is a blessing does not come to pass by accident but by living life by His word.\u00a0
The promises of God are vast, but man is vastly far from living by the word of God that delivers the promises of God.
Believing the word of God to claim His promises are:\u00a0
Obedient to live by the command of God; be holy; demonstrate the love of God;
Obeying His commandment:<\/strong>
God commandment Abram saying,\u00a0\u201cGet out of your country, from your family and from your father\u2019s house, to a land that I will show you.\u201d (Genesis 12:1)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0
Abram did not question God for His command nor delay or doubt God.
Abram went as commanded and claimed the promises of God.\u00a0
Genesis 12:2-3<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0records,\u00a0\u201cI will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you and I will curse him who curses you, and in you, all the families of the earth shall be blessed.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0
Obedient Abram provoked the promises of God for his life.\u00a0
Many want to claim the promises of Abraham but are far from obeying the word of God, not living by His word.
Abraham followed the word of God.
Be holy:<\/strong>
Living life by behaving the word of God makes one answer holy.\u00a0
God wants us to be holy.\u00a0
1 Peter 1:15-16\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>states,\u00a0\u201c…but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, \u201cBe holy, for I am holy.\u201d<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Living holy by the word provokes promises of God as stated,\u00a0\u201cI will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.\u201d (2 Corinthians 6:16)<\/strong><\/em>
Demonstrate the love of God:<\/strong>
To believe God is to love and fear God.\u00a0
One demonstrating the love of God will move God to bless with His promise of blessing.\u00a0
John 14:14-16<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0confirms,\u00a0\u201cIf you ask anything in My name, I will do it.\u201cIf you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>
Abraham believed in God as he demonstrated his love for God when he offered Isaac, as commanded for sacrifice by God.
Isaac obeyed to receive the promises of God.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
