{"id":11507,"date":"2024-08-14T02:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=11507"},"modified":"2024-08-12T20:59:15","modified_gmt":"2024-08-12T20:59:15","slug":"it-is-not-a-parade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=11507","title":{"rendered":"IT IS NOT A PARADE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FAITH CAPSULE:<\/strong> Prayer is not a parade to impress anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Psalm 141<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Watching and praying is asking, seeking, and knocking to call on God.<br \/>Prayer is a labor and is not for one with the spirit of laziness.\u00a0<br \/>The prayer of Jesus in the garden demonstrates that prayer is a labor God cannot ignore.\u00a0<br \/><strong><em>Luke 22:44<\/em><\/strong> identifies the labor prayer of Jesus,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cAnd being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Engage prayer with labor as a way of life in this wicked world to be saved.\u00a0<br \/>Give yourself to prayer.<br \/>Prayer is the master key to assessing and receiving from God.\u00a0<br \/>With understanding, prayer is not an assumption but to ask, seek, or knock.\u00a0<strong><em>Matthew 7:7<\/em><\/strong> records,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cAsk, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br \/>To ask or think is praying to receive:\u00a0<strong><em>Ephesians 3:20<\/em><\/strong> records,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cNow to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Before God, ask with action rooted in faith for God to see and not deny an answer.<br \/>To seek is to watch and not miss when God answers.<br \/>Knocking persistently for an open door will not deny the prayer as the master key to open or lock.<br \/>Watching and praying is asking, seeking, and knocking to call on God.<br \/>Pray with understanding to gain an edge in challenges.<br \/>Understanding is to find God.\u00a0<strong><em>Psalm 47:7<\/em><\/strong> denotes,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cFor God is the King of all the earth; Sing praises with understanding.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>The word of God demands singing praises with understanding, so praying before and other ways of seeking God.<br \/>With a prayer of understanding, God does not ignore.<br \/>With prayer, one cannot be quiet to become victorious.<br \/>Prayer is action.<br \/>The evidence of understanding and knowledge of God will gained before God.\u00a0<br \/><strong><em>1 Samuel 2:3 admonishes, \u201cFor the Lord is the God of knowledge; And by Him, actions are weighed.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>Let your prayer be an action that carries weights before God that will provoke God to incline His ear to your prayer.<br \/>A prayer that carries weight before God is not blown as with no weight away from the presence of God by any force of wicked.<br \/>How is your prayer life?<br \/>Are you praying to God from the head or heart?<br \/>Is your prayer rooted in the word of God or the word of your head?<br \/>Is your prayer at your convenience and without commitment before God?<br \/>Apostle Paul identifies the importance of how prayer should be to gain the attention of God, as he states in\u00a0<strong><em>Acts 6:4, &#8220;but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Let praying before God become your priority as your way of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer for today:<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>Ask God to enable you to always watch in your prayer.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE: Prayer is not a parade to impress anyone.
