{"id":11623,"date":"2024-10-05T03:59:55","date_gmt":"2024-10-05T03:59:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=11623"},"modified":"2024-10-05T03:59:55","modified_gmt":"2024-10-05T03:59:55","slug":"a-prayer-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=11623","title":{"rendered":"A PRAYER LIFE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FAITH CAPSULE: <\/strong>Do you have a prayer life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Daniel 6<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prayer demands commitment with consistency.<br \/>One that does not give self to prayer cannot prevail.<br \/>How is your prayer life?<br \/>Prayer time is not a playing time.<br \/>Prayer time is not entertainment to impress anyone but to seek God diligently for His mercy.\u00a0<br \/>Prayer is a labor, not for one with the spirit of laziness.\u00a0<br \/>The prayer of Jesus in the garden demonstrates that God will not ignore prayer before Him.<br \/><em><strong>Luke 22:44<\/strong><\/em> identifies the labor prayer of Jesus,\u00a0<em><strong>\u201cAnd being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<br \/>Ask for\u00a0engaging in\u00a0laborious prayer as a way of life, not to be a victim of a wicked world.<br \/>A prayer-less is not possible to prevail in the wicked world.<br \/>Prayer should be a continual engagement.<br \/>Engaging in prayer time is not convenient but demands commitment.<br \/>Is your prayer consistent with commitment?\u00a0<br \/>Apostle Paul testifies about prayer.<br \/><em><strong>Acts 6:4\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>states,<em><strong> &#8220;But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Are you one with delayed experience or not getting an answer as expected in the hour of prayer?<br \/>Know that God answers prayer with yes, no, or wait.<br \/>Praying is waiting to hear from God.<br \/>Without a doubt, God waits to act for those who wait for Him. <em><strong>(Isaiah 64:4)<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Prayer opens heaven.<br \/>The documented word of God is not for decoration but to be declared engaging the word, living by the word of God.<br \/>Jesus demonstrated what it means to give to prayer in every area of life.<br \/>At His baptism, he prayed. <em><strong>Luke 3:21-22<\/strong><\/em> documents, <em><strong>&#8220;When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: \u201cYou are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Prayer is the key to opening!<br \/>God is not a partial God.<br \/>Watching and praying is a prayer of expectation with manifestation.<br \/>Jesus and His disciples called all to watch and pray.<br \/>Engaging in prayer makes the difference when committed.<br \/>Daniel is one with the testimony of engaging prayer with commitment.<br \/>Daniel had a heart for God and was continual in his prayer.<br \/>Daniel was experiencing promotion as he purposed his heart for God.<br \/>The promotion of Daniel positioned him for untimely termination.<br \/><em><strong>Daniel 6:3<\/strong><\/em> records the reaction of King Darius to Daniel, <em><strong>&#8220;Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps because an excellent spirit\u00a0was in him, and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>The promotion of Daniel experienced a challenge.<br \/><em><strong>Daniel 6:4<\/strong><\/em> records, <em><strong>&#8220;So the governors and satraps sought to find\u00a0some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he\u00a0was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>In all challenges, Daniel resolved to pray and was prevailed.<br \/>Daniel was a prayer vessel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer for today: <\/strong>Ask for&nbsp;engaging prayer as a way of life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE: Do you have a prayer life?
