{"id":11692,"date":"2024-11-22T02:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=11692"},"modified":"2024-11-21T18:18:04","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T18:18:04","slug":"faith-is-love","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=11692","title":{"rendered":"FAITH IS LOVE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FAITH CAPSULE: <\/strong>Word is love as commanded by God is of faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 John 3<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The word love is rooted in faith.<br \/>When Jesus comes back, will He find faith (Love)? <em><strong>(Luke 18:8)<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Do you love as requested by God?<br \/>Jesus questioned, \u201c<br \/>Do you love others?<br \/><em><strong>1 John 3:11<\/strong><\/em> states, <em><strong>\u201cFor this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Many claim to believe that loving one another is not in heart.<br \/>Are you in the Lord? One that claims the word of God by not living the Lord is not evidence of living by the word of God. <em><strong>1 John 2:5 states, \u201cBut whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this, we know that we are in Him.\u201d <\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Loving should be the key to the life of a believer.<br \/>Jesus gave the parable, <em><strong>\u201cA certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his clothing, wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. Now by chance, a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. Likewise, a Levite, when he arrived at the place, came and looked, and passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion.\u201d (Luke 10: 30-33)<\/strong><\/em><br \/>A man in the parable was attacked and wounded by thieves.<br \/>A priest and Levite saw the wounded but passed on the other side. Do you love the kind of priest and Levite that passed on and did not help?<br \/>An unbeliever demonstrated love as stated in <em><strong>Luke 10:33, \u201cBut a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was, and when he saw him, he had compassion.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Acclaimed believers in the name of love walked away, but the sinner, a certain Samaritan, answered and demonstrated the love.<br \/>The sinner had compassion like Jesus.<br \/>Are you being deceived by church title or by a man-designed position in the church? One can be a priest or Levite and not answer to the task of a priest or Levite.<br \/>The certain Samaritan gave care when he supplied materials and paid the bill in full.<br \/>Can you answer the question of Jesus?<br \/>The question of Jesus in <em><strong>Luke 10:36 states, \u201cSo which of these three do you think was neighbor to him who fell among the thieves?\u201d<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Serving to please God is not only in religious activity.<br \/>Serving to please God demands to love others.<br \/><em><strong>John 13:34-35 <\/strong><\/em>buttressed, <em><strong>\u201cA new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.\u00a0By this, all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Living by His command is the evidence of a true follower of Jesus.<br \/>All must love as commanded by God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer for today: <\/strong><em>Ask to live engaging the command of God.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE: Word is love as commanded by God is of faith. 1 John 3 The word love is rooted in faith.When Jesus comes back, will He find faith (Love)?
