FAITH CAPSULE:\u00a0<\/strong>God visits one who is doing good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Kings 4:8-17<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One doing good is investing to experience the visitation of God.\u00a0
Always know to do good when the situation demands doing good.
James 4:17\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>encourages the reason to know doing good,\u00a0\u201cTherefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>
One who knows to do good but not to do good gives self to sin.
Doing good is among the fruits of the spirit.\u00a0
Galatians 5:22 states,<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u201cBut the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
Romans 12:9, \u201c\u2026Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
1 Thessalonians 5:15, \u201cSee that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
2 Thessalonians 3:13, \u201cBut as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good.\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
Hebrews 13:16, \u201cBut do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
God visits one doing good.
Give yourself to investing good at all times to reap from the visitation of God.
From henceforth, begin to do good for the glory of God.
Doing good from the depth of the heart will provoke caring with a glaring action.
It is worth doing good by acting with care knowing fully well that what you are doing is for the glory of God.
A Shunammite woman, ignorantly invested in doing good to the man of God in her location,\u00a02 Kings 4:9-10\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>records the doing of the Shunammite woman, \u201cAnd she said to her husband, \u2018Look now, I know that this is a holy man of God who passes by us regularly. Please, let us make a small upper room on the wall; and let us put a bed for him there, and a chair and a lampstand; so it will be, whenever he comes to us, he can turn in there.\u2019\u201d<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0
The Shunammite woman made life comfortable for the man of God.
The man of God did not look away but acknowledged the Shunamite woman by sending his servant,\u00a0\u201c\u2026Say now to her, \u2018\u201cLook, you have been concerned for us with all this care. What can I do for you? Do you want me to speak on your behalf to the king or to the commander of the army?\u201d\u2019 (2 Kings 4:13)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0
Elisha later realized that the Shunamite woman had no child.
Elisha prayed over her life. 2 Kings 3:16 records, \u201cAbout this time next year, you shall embrace a son.\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
The Shunammite woman invested in doing good before God.
In her doing, she reaps to receive the blessing of the womb to become a mother.
Truly one who knows to\u00a0do good<\/strong><\/em> will reap the blessing of God.
Know to be doing good, experience the move of God over your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
