FAITH CAPSULE:<\/strong> One who abides in the word of God shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 15<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The word of God is God. (John 1:1)<\/strong><\/em>
The word of God is encouraging to live by.
To live by the word of God is the price of deliverance and preservation.
The word of God makes all to know, stating, “He sent His word\u00a0and\u00a0healed them,\u00a0and\u00a0delivered\u00a0them\u00a0from their destructions.” (Psalm 103:20)<\/strong><\/em>
To live by the word of God can be challenging when the storm of the world continually rises higher and higher.
One who abides in the word of God shall prevail.
Abide can be described as remaining or continuing to abide in Jesus despite a particular situation. Furthermore, to endure, sustain, or withstand without yielding but submitting to Jesus describes to abide. Abiding in Jesus also means accepting conditions without questioning His authority.<\/em>
Abiding in Jesus demands an uncommon sacrifice. Above all, to remain steadfast or faithful means to abide.<\/em>
Above, the meaning of abiding in Him is above.
Understanding abiding in the word is complete to be dwelling in the word of God.
Psalm 91:1<\/strong><\/em> encourages, “He who\u00a0dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”<\/strong><\/em>
Dwelling and abiding in the word of God is the character of one who trusts and hopes in God.
One who trusts and hopes in God shall provoke the blessing of God.
Jeremiah 17:7<\/strong><\/em> encourages, \u201cBlessed\u00a0is\u00a0the man who\u00a0trusts in the\u00a0Lord,\u00a0and\u00a0whose\u00a0hope\u00a0is the\u00a0Lord.”<\/strong><\/em>
With all the descriptions above, to abide indeed and in truth will build up a believer in God.
A believer should live by the word of God.
Apostle Paul encourages, \u201cSo now, brethren, I\u00a0commend\u00a0you\u00a0to\u00a0God and\u00a0to\u00a0the word of His grace, which is able\u00a0to\u00a0build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.” (Acts 20:32)<\/strong><\/em>
To abide in the word of God is to be connected with Jesus.
However, connection with Jesus should not be a mouth demonstration; it should be of the heart.
One to be of the heart is bound with manifestation, bearing fruit to the glory of God.
Jesus declared, \u201cI am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.\u00a0Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.\u00a0You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.\u00a0Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.\u201d <\/strong><\/em>Jesus is the true vine for all to abide.
Take note of two kinds of VINES, which are: True vine (Jesus is the true vine); False vine is the opposite of true vine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
