{"id":12710,"date":"2026-06-17T14:59:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T14:59:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=12710"},"modified":"2026-06-17T14:59:55","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T14:59:55","slug":"live-for-god-17","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=12710","title":{"rendered":"LIVE FOR GOD\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FAITH CAPSULE:&nbsp;<\/strong>The way for all is to live for God in His way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Job 1, 2:1-10<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is your life of integrity before God?\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Does your way of life or your actions count before God?<br \/><em><strong>1 Samuel 2:3<\/strong><\/em> states, <em><strong>&#8220;For the\u00a0Lord\u00a0is\u00a0the God of knowledge; And by Him\u00a0actions\u00a0are\u00a0weighed.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>The walk of all before God testifies about one before God.<br \/>One who answers with integrity before God must be with action that is rooted in the word of God.<br \/>Also, a walk that does not count before God is with no integrity.\u00a0<br \/>God identified Job as one full of the word of God by his walk, before God as a believer.\u00a0<br \/>Satan attempted Job, and his assault on Job was not enough to derail Job from walking in the Lord.\u00a0<br \/>Is your life of integrity before God?\u00a0<br \/>What is it that is against your walk before God?<br \/>From the first assault to the second, and throughout the whole life of Job, it was clear that Job was a man who did not deter from his stand in the Lord.\u00a0<br \/>In all challenges for the life of Job, the consistency with no compromising was consistent, serving God.<br \/>Serving God consistently is the evidence of integrity before God.\u00a0<br \/>The Bible describes Job as no other character, stating:\u00a0<em><strong>\u201cThere was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil.\u201d (Job 1:1)<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<br \/>At a time of bad news, Job did not complain to God.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><em><strong>Job 1:20\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>records the response of Job,\u00a0<em><strong>\u201cThen Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head; and he fell to the ground and worshiped.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><br \/>As if the first assault was not enough, Satan attacked the second time with boils from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head.<br \/>After the first assault, God had testified about Job as a man who holds fast to his integrity <em><strong>(Job1:3).\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><br \/>The wife of Job knew that he was a man of integrity as she attempted to destabilize Job, stating,<em><strong>\u201c\u2026Do you still hold fast to your integrity? Curse God and die!\u201d (Job 1:9)<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Job refused his wife in an attempt to discourage him from his integrity before God.<br \/>Living life before God with integrity is the way to continually gain and maintain the presence of God, regardless of the world&#8217;s wickedness.<br \/>The documentation of Job was recorded in\u00a0<em><strong>Job 42:12-17: \u201cNow the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning\u2026In all the land were found no women so beautiful as the daughters of Job\u2026 After this, Job lived one hundred and forty years and saw his children and grandchildren for four generations. So Job died, old and full of days.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><br \/>God is faithful to one who is faithful to His name.<br \/>Are you living for God?<br \/>To live for God is the will of God for all creation.<br \/>God creates all and wants all to live for Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer for God:&nbsp;<\/strong><em>With desire, ask to live the life of integrity before God.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE:&nbsp;The way for all is to live for God in His way.
