The doors of the house of the Lord were shut; also, their fathers have trespassed and done evil in the eyes of the Lord their God. They have forsaken and turned away from God. Hezekiah realized the consequences: the wrath of Lord fell upon Judah and Jerusalem, and trouble was around for the people because they have turned away from God. They were not right with God and God was in no position to bless them. Are you mindful of what it is taking place when you forsake God on any issue concerning your life? There was a need for correction during Hezekiah\u00d5s reign. Do you think you will have a need for correction? Hezekiah, in his case, ordered for purification of the temple, restoration of temple worship, and then sacrifices were offered.
