Hannah provoked the hand of God to divert provocation from her life. 1 Samuel 1:11, \u00d2Then she made a vow and said, \u00d4O LORD of hosts, if you will indeed look on the affliction of your maidservant and remember me, and not forget Your maidservant, but will give Your maidservant a male child, then I will give him to the LORD all the days of His life, and no razor shall come upon his head.\u00d5\u00d3<\/i><\/b> Hannah provoked the hand of God: She made a strong vow, she called on God to look on her situation, she asked God to remember her and not forget her. God is a precise God. Hannah was precise in her request. She asked what she needed and she was precise enough to tell God that a male child is what she needed. Year after year, back and forth to Shiloh, the only time we heard about Hannah stepping up in her cry and request was the only time she got what she needed.
