Psalm 27<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
In the journey of life it is the Spirit of God that will see man through and not miss it when is time to be counted before God. No matter what man determines, it only become established when it is backed by the Spirit of God. The book of 1 Samuel 2:9 buttressed, \u201cHe will guard the feet of His saints, but the wicked shall be silent in darkness. \u201cFor by strength no man shall prevail.\u201d
\n<\/i><\/b>It is good to desire because when man\u2019s desire genuinely focuses on God, God will deposit and make desire become a manifestation. David stated, \u201cOne thing I have desired of the <\/i><\/b>Lord<\/i><\/b>,<\/i><\/b> that will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the <\/i><\/b>Lord <\/i><\/b>All the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the <\/i><\/b>Lord<\/i><\/b>, And to inquire in His temple.\u201d (Psalm 27:4)<\/i><\/b> <\/i><\/b>Desire and do not just determine so that the Lord will deposit what it takes for your determination to be manifested.
\nIs it your desire to seek the Lord and be able to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of your life to behold the beauty of the Lord all the days of your life, it is not impossible. The word of God commands us, \u201cAsk, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.<\/i><\/b> <\/i><\/b>For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.\u201d <\/i><\/b>(Matthew 7:7-8)<\/i><\/b>
\n<\/i><\/b>Through the pages of the scripture, there are evidences of where men have taken to determination but the end result was a failure. However, this is not a suggestion that man should not have determination but to make it clear that man\u2019s desire by looking up to God will always prevail. Peter was too determined to reject the Lord\u2019s revelation concerning his denying Jesus. Mark 14: 29-31, \u201cPeter said to Him, \u201cEven if all are made to stumble, yet I will not be.\u201d 30 Jesus said to him, \u201cAssuredly, I say to you that today, even this night, before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times.\u201d 31 But he spoke more vehemently, \u201cIf I have to die with You, I will not deny You!\u201d And they all said likewise.\u201d<\/i><\/b> Peter was determined that He will not stumble but it was clear to Jesus what was going to happen. Peter stumbled and he denied Jesus. Are you facing challenging reasons that calls for God\u2019s outstretch hand? Do not forget that it is not by determination but by the Spirit of God.<\/p>\n
