{"id":5735,"date":"2015-05-18T11:15:23","date_gmt":"2015-05-18T11:15:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=5735"},"modified":"2015-05-18T11:15:23","modified_gmt":"2015-05-18T11:15:23","slug":"only-believe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=5735","title":{"rendered":"ONLY BELIEVE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Faith Capsule:<\/b> Have you cast all your cares and concerns on Him?<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Luke 8:40-56<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>In seeking Jesus, delay cannot be denied from playing a role, discouragement will show up and ridicule is possible to be in position but persistent to see Him shall always prevail. Jesus cannot fail, He has never failed. Are you waiting to see Jesus in any area of your life? It is important to ignore every form hindrances, be persistent and remain focus in your waiting.<br \/>\nJairus, a ruler of the synagogue, sought Jesus\u2019 intervention for his only daughter that was dying, <b><i>\u201c\u2026And he fell down at Jesus\u2019 feet and begged Him to come to his house, 42 for he had an only daughter about twelve years of age, and she was dying. But as He went, the multitudes thronged Him.\u201d (Luke 8:41-42)<\/i><\/b> In the process of getting to Jairus\u2019 daughter before it was too late, delay was on time, discouragement showed up and ridicule was positioned to play a role. Jesus getting to Jairus\u2019 daughter on time narrowed when a call of discouragement was delivered, <b><i>\u201c\u2026Someone came from the ruler of the synagogue\u2019s house, saying to him, \u201cYour daughter is dead. Do not trouble the Teacher.\u201d (Luke 8:49)<br \/>\n<\/i><\/b>Rest in your waiting knowing that Jesus is on your case; He will get to you on His time. When the news of discouragement came, Jesus responded with a word of encouragement by saying, <b><i>\u201c\u2026Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.\u201d (Luke 8:50)<\/i><\/b> Discouragement will always lead to fear and fear is what will sink faith. Jesus said; only believe that it is well.\u00a0 Calling and giving it all unto Jesus is resting in hope, regardless of delay, or discouragement. Have you cast all your cares and concerns on Him? He will not fail you.<br \/>\nAt Jairus home, <b><i>\u201cNow all wept and mourned for her; but He said, \u201cDo not weep; she is not dead, but sleeping.\u201d \u00a0And they ridiculed Him, knowing that she was dead.\u201d (Luke 8:52-53)<\/i><\/b> Jesus\u2019 word quenched the fire of discouragement before getting to Jairus\u2019 house. At the time of His getting to Jairus\u2019 house the agents of ridicule were already in place. The enemy was at work to take away what the Lord had for Jairus\u2019 daughter, but the Lord is the one in control and power belong to Hm. There is no documentation of Jesus failing at any time in every situation He attended to while on the face of earth. At Jairus\u2019 house, Jesus did not hesitate to deal with the forces of delay, <b><i>\u201cBut He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying, \u201cLittle girl, arise.\u201d\u201d(Luke 8:54)<\/i><\/b> Concerning your challenge, if you will commit all to Him, delay; discouragement, and ridicule shall not stand but fail.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Prayer for the day:<\/i><\/b><i> Ask for mercy to be delivered from all that the enemy has put in place to deny your miracle. <\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Faith Capsule: Have you cast all your cares and concerns on Him?
