The word of God\u2019s destination is for the heart. <strong><em>Proverbs 4:4<\/em><\/strong> buttressed, <strong><em>\u201c<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>He also taught me, and said to me:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> \u201cLet your heart retain my words; Keep my commands, and live.\u201d When word enters the heart it answers in every way of life by terminating activity of darkness. With understanding, word is true to terminate darkness as the Psalmist testified, \u201cThe entrance of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.\u201d (Psalm 119:130) <\/em><\/strong>Above all, the word of God should be settled in the heart in the world of darkness. <strong><em>John 1:1-5 <\/em><\/strong>stated the importance of the word of God in the darkness of this world, <strong><em>\u201cIn the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.<sup>\u00a0<\/sup>He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. \u201cAnd the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.\u201d\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Heart that does not allow the Word of God to settle in the heart shall for wicked and darkness world.<br \/>\nFor example, the Israelites\u2019 journey was disrupted; heart was hardened because the word was misplaced from their heart. <strong><em>Psalm 95:7-9 <\/em><\/strong>stated,<strong><em> \u201cToday, if you will hear His voice: \u201cDo not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, as in the day of trial in the wilderness, When your fathers tested Me; They tried Me, though they saw My work.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>Many are hearing Him with their ear and not with their heart. In life, not hearing from Him could be a result of the hardness of heart and the act of rebellion. The children of Israel heard Him with their ear but, not with their heart and that caused them to be a rebellious generation. Evidently, not being able to hear God with the heart, the Israelites turned rebellious and tested God. Despite all that the word of God accomplished the children of Israel failed to see because the word did not enter into their heart.<br \/>\nFor forty years the Israelites could not allowed the entrance of the word in the heart. <strong><em>Psalm 95:10 concluded, \u201c\u2026it is a people who go astray in their hearts, and they do not know My ways.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>Just like the Israelites, many are not allowing the entrance of word in the heart for direction in the darkness of the world. A failure to allow word is causing hearts to go astray. The work of God is the Word of God; hear, see and settle in Him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer for the day:<\/strong><em> Ask for the grace of open heart for the word of God.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE: Heart that does not allow the Word of God shall settle for darkness world.
