FAITH CAPSULE: <\/strong>Is there any enticement that is meant to derail you in your calling?<\/p>\n

Proverbs 18:10 <\/strong>recorded, \u201c<\/em><\/strong>The name of the\u00a0Lord\u00a0is\u00a0a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.\u201d Psalm 18:30, \u201cAs for\u00a0God, His way\u00a0is\u00a0perfect; The\u00a0word\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Lord\u00a0is proven; He\u00a0is\u00a0a shield to all who trust in Him.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> The name of the Lord, the Word of God is an assurance place for safety for any man that will run to the name of God; that will call on His name. Ones that runs to His name; that knows God; that walk in His name are set for unfailing security. God is not a talkative but always honor His word over the life of man that do right according to His word.
\nIn the name of God there is always a hiding place. The word of God will always back the name of God. Are you taking a position to hide in the word of God by calling on the name of God? Psalm 107:20<\/em><\/strong> recorded the word of God, \u201cHe sent His word and healed them, and delivered\u00a0them\u00a0from their destructions.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> In your world, are you looking for a place for deliverance that is certain? Why not take a place of hiding in the name of God, from the agents of the forces of wicked one?
\nEnticement is a device of the devil to bring man out of God\u2019s safety.
\nEnticement is a \u201cmake look good\u201d weapon of the devil to ensnare man to come out of God\u2019s word. At any moment man steps out of God\u2019s word the evil of the world steps in to man. It was the same enticement the serpent engaged to lure Eve out of the command in the word of God. It is written, \u201cSo when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.\u201d (Genesis 3:6)<\/em><\/strong> Eve the wife of Adam, had conversation and listened to the serpent\u2019s direction which made Eve to give attention to the fruit of the tree. Eve yielded and ate the fruit.
\nIn the case of Samson, Delilah was the agent of the wicked one who caused Samson to lose the presence of the Lord through the vice of enticement. Enticement will lead to pestering; pestering will develop to being pressed in every side to the point of giving self to the wicked one\u2019s agenda. Samson yielded to Delilah by stepping out of the Word of God which was his safety. The bible recorded in Judges 16:16, \u201cAnd it came to pass, when she pestered him daily with her words and pressed him, so that his soul was vexed to death.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Avoid listening to any word of enticement; ignore and pay no attention by maintain the name and the word of God.<\/p>\n
