FAITH CAPSULE: <\/strong>Before God there is no excuse for error.<\/p>\n

2 Samuel 6<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Doing what is good in a wrong manner will have no excuse before God. Uzzah, with good heart, wrongly sin and ended up in destruction. For Uzzah, during the transfer of the Ark of God from the house of Abinadab, Uzzah and Ahio drove the cart. In the process of driving the cart Uzzah, out of a good heart committed an act for his life terminating wrongdoing. Bible recorded his error, \u201cAnd when they came to Nachon\u2019s threshing floor, Uzzah put out his hand to the ark of God and took hold of it, for the oxen stumbled. Then the anger of the Lord was aroused against Uzzah, and God struck him there for his error; and he died there by the ark of God.\u2019 (Genesis 6:6-7)
\n<\/em><\/strong>The bible recorded Uzzah\u2019s act of a good heart to be an error.
\nUzzah despised the word of God as stated in Numbers 4:15, \u201cAnd when Aaron and his sons have finished covering the sanctuary and all the furnishings of the sanctuary, when the camp is set to go, then the sons of Kohath shall come to carry them; but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Despising the word of God is positioning self for destruction.
\nWith every indication as recorded in the bible, every error before God is wrongdoing.
\nWrongdoing is a deviation from accuracy as in mistake, as in action or speech. Wrongdoing is the condition of believing what is not true. Wrongdoing is a moral offense; wrongdoing can be sin. It is wrongdoing to violate the word of God and it can be a conscious or unconscious error before God. Wrongdoing is despising the word of God. The bible makes us to realize it that, \u201cHe who despises the word will be destroyed…\u201d (Proverbs 13:13)
\n<\/em><\/strong>Have you in any way violated or currently violating the word of God? (I pray that the grace of God will open your eyes to avoid or come out of conscious or unconscious wrongdoing.
\nBefore God, no excuse for wrongdoing which violates God\u2019s word.
\nBefore God, Adam and Eve committed error by believing the serpent enough to eat against God\u2019s command not to eat from a particular tree in the Garden of Eden. They both violated the word of God by their error (a wrongdoing).
\nWhen God showed up (just as He will show up on all man) both Adam and Eve attempted to justified their action before God by stating, \u201cThen the man said, \u201cThe woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.\u201d And the Lord God said to the woman, \u201cWhat is this you have done?\u201d The woman said, \u201cThe serpent deceived me, and I ate.\u201d (Genesis 3:12-13) <\/em><\/strong>Their excuses were not enough as they were judged by God. Wrongdoing committed by Adam and Eve eposes man to numerous pains today.<\/p>\n

Prayer point:<\/strong> Ask for grace not to a waste in the effort of doing good from the heart.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
