FAITH CAPSULE:<\/strong> Learn truth in the word of God to know God.<\/p>\n

Psalm 46<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Knowing God is different from Knowing about God. Knowing God is STANDARD that is set by God for man to gain and retain God\u2019s presence. Knowing God to gain and retain God\u2019s presence is certain not to be a victim of failure.
\nKnowing God is the evidence of having faith to be doing according to the word of God. Doing according to the word of God is obedience to God. Knowing God is what it takes for man to be consistently constant doing right before God.
\nKnowing God is serving God pleasingly but not pleasing self in serving God. A failure to do according to the word of God is evidence of not knowing God. Suffering is sad. Man, or acclaimed believer will suffer without KNOWING. Truly, God is a great merciful God. Acclaimed believer that is not living for God as a believer is the evidence of not taking God serious with honor just as prophet does not get honor among His people. Jesus made a statement in line of lack of knowledge which denies man from giving honor to prophet among His people, \u201c\u2026A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house.\u201d (Matthew 13:57)
\n<\/em><\/strong>Knowing to gain and retain the presence of God is LEARNING TO UNDERSTAND AND KNOW that God is absolutely in charge of man\u2019s life. Without KNOWING GOD, man is set for self-destruction as it is written in Hosea 4:6, \u201cMy people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Imagine devastation of lack of knowledge of God\u2019s people?
\nSupposedly, man in position to know God for doing according to the word of God but not doing according to God\u2019s word shall not possess the promise of God according to His word. For example, it is lack of knowledge that will deny man from answering to God as His priesthood. Priesthood is a calling, a position or a role for God.\u00a0 What is God\u2019s promise in place for man as His priesthood? 1 Peter 2:9-10<\/em><\/strong> answered to man\u2019s need to know God for claiming God\u2019s promise, \u201cBut you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10\u00a0<\/sup>who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.\u201d
\n<\/em><\/strong>Learn truth in the word of God to know God. Romans 15:4<\/em><\/strong> admonished, \u201cFor whatever things were written before were written for our learning\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Above all, there is no excuse not to know God in His word as warned in John 8:32,<\/em><\/strong> \u201c<\/em><\/strong>And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Come out of ignorance, be responsible to learn and know God. Answer God as royal priesthood, live life to claim God\u2019s promises.<\/p>\n
