Genesis 19<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commitment to the word of God is giving self to walk before God without ceasing.
With a commitment to the living word of God is taking the unfailing route in the journey of life.
Living life as a believer without commitment to the word of God is a religion with no relationship with God.\u00a0
Does that sound like you?
Are you truthful to yourself living by the word of God?
Anyone with a commitment to God’s word is with an understanding of seeking God diligently.\u00a0
One that seeks God diligently walks, sits and stands in the word of God, the evidence of commitment to God and to become blessed by God.\u00a0
The word of God confirms,\u00a0\u201cBlessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law, he meditates day and night.\u201d (Psalm 1:1-2)<\/em><\/strong>
As an acclaimed believer of God, let your commitment be rooted in God, not to be seeking the counsel of the ungodly.
In the journey of life, one that fails to give self to the promise of God is declining God’s word, the lack of commitment to God’s word.
In the journey of life, replacing commitment to God’s word with self-convince will not arrive at God\u2019s promise.
Commitment is not convenient, but it is self-sacrifice before God.
One that compromises God’s word is with no commitment to God’s word.
Discipline works with commitment but doubting works against commitment.\u00a0
With doubt, fear will relegate faith.\u00a0
One with the lack of commitment to God\u2019s word is not mindful of God.
Lack of commitment to God\u2019s word will deny one’s arrival to God’s promise.\u00a0
Lack of commitment to God\u2019s word will lead to confusion in the journey of life.
Lack of commitment to God is looking away from God.
The word of God directed Lot and his wife for deliverance from destruction saying,\u00a0\u201c\u2026Escape for your life! Do not look behind you nor stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountains, lest you be destroyed.\u201d (Genesis 19:17)\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Lot was committed to the word of God but his wife could not commit herself to the word of God for her deliverance from destruction. The consequence for Lot’s wife not to commit to God’s word records,\u00a0\u201cBut his wife looked back behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.\u201d (Genesis 19:26)\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>
Are you sincerely committed to the word of God?\u00a0
In the journey of life, be committed to God and remain connected to the promise of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
