He is a jealous God, and the antidote for jealous is attention. All should give attention to God by serving God diligently but not staying away from Him continually.<br \/>God said in\u00a0<strong><em>Exodus 7:16, \u201cAnd you shall say to him, \u2018The Lord God of the Hebrews has sent me to you, saying, \u201cLet My people go, that they may serve Me in the wilderness\u201d; but indeed, until now you would not hear!\u201d Exodus 8:1, \u201cAnd the Lord spoke to Moses, \u201cGo to Pharaoh and say to him, \u2018Thus says the Lord: \u201cLet My people go, that they may serve Me.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Serving God is to be seeking God, one that seeks God will be seeing Him in His word.\u00a0<br \/>Among ways of serving God are: Living life to please Him; to be separated from sin; to be praying to God continually.<br \/>Serving Him is to be living life to please Him but not pleasing the world. Enoch pleased God as\u00a0<strong><em>Hebrews 11:5-6\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>records,<strong><em>\u00a0\u201cBy faith, Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death,\u00a0<\/em>\u201cand was not found, because God had taken him\u201d<em>; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Serving God is seeking God.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Please God to reap the reward of pleasing God.\u00a0<strong><em>Proverbs 16:7<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0records,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cWhen a man\u2019s ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Serving God is to be separated from sin because, with sin, no man can see God.\u00a0<br \/><strong><em>3 John 1:11, \u201cBeloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. He who does good is of God, but he who does evil has not seen God.\u201d Romans 3:23, \u201cFor all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Sin is not of God, not serving God.<br \/>Serving God is seeking God in prayer continually to maintain constant communication with God. Daniel lives a life of praying as his custom since his early days. (Daniel 6:10)\u00a0<br \/>When Daniel was in the den of lions, King Darius, that does not know God called out to Daniel as\u00a0<strong><em>Daniel 6:20<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0records,<strong><em>\u00a0\u201cAnd when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, \u201cDaniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Daniel served God prayerfully, praying continually before God, and no evil could touch his life. Serve God to live life to the glory of God.<br \/>Be honest to yourself before God by Living life to please Him; to be separated from sin; to be praying to God continually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer for today:&nbsp;<\/strong><em>Ask God to enable you to know and live a life of seeking Him diligently.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE:\u00a0God created all to serve Him.
