Living life demands having faith as fuel, and patience should be the key to the ignition.\u00a0
Hebrews 11:1 records faith as\u00a0\u201cthe substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.\u201d (Hebrews 11:1)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0
Faith has a source.\u00a0Romans 10:17\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>records,\u00a0\u201c\u2026faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Take to mind that the Word of God which comes can also cease from coming when there is disengagement from hearing and hearing by the Word of God.\u00a0
Living life demands constant engagement with faith and patience according to the word of God.\u00a0
Living life with faith and patience, the Word of God gives life to the just ones.\u00a0Habakkuk 2:4<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0buttresses,\u00a0\u201c\u2026the just shall live by his faith.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0All that pertains to living life is living by the Word of God (living by faith). The word states: we walk by faith, not by sight\u00a0(2 Corinthians 5:7);<\/strong>\u00a0we watch, stand by faith\u00a0(1 Corinthians 16:13);<\/strong>\u00a0faith purifies the heart\u00a0(Acts 15:9);<\/strong>\u00a0we get saved by faith through grace\u00a0(Ephesians 2:8)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>
Patience with faith or faith with patience is crucial to living life to gain and retain the presence of God.
Patience is the ability or willingness to suppress restlessness or annoyance when confronted with delay.\u00a0
Patience is steady perseverance (steady persistence)
God is Longsuffering God the character of having patience.
Numbers 14:18, records of God, “The Lord is longsuffering and abundant in mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He by no means clears the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0
Are you patient and longsuffering in the journey of life?
Colossians 1:11 buttresses<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0\u201cStrengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0
By living life, the level of patience that one possesses will testify to the blessing of God in the life of such.
Lack of patience denies blessing and often leads to self-destruction.
Do you claim faith but lack patience or vice versa?
Among the scriptural verses that shed light on the importance of faith and patience,\u00a0\u201c\u2026you do not become sluggish but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.\u201d (Hebrews 6:12).<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0
For a believer to inherit the promises of God, being patient with faith is a must.\u00a0
The Parable of the Sower by Jesus points out that it is through patience that bearing fruit is the possibility.\u00a0Luke 8:15<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0states,\u00a0\u201cBut the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0
Luke 21:19 also record, \u201cBy your patience possess your souls.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0
Give yourself patience in this journey of life, provoking more of the blessing of God.
With faith in the Word of God, having patience yields manifestation.\u00a0James 1:4<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0confirms,\u00a0\u201cBut let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0
Patience is of God. (John 6:28-29) In life, have patience.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
