{"id":9296,"date":"2021-10-07T05:11:24","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T05:11:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=9296"},"modified":"2021-10-07T05:11:24","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T05:11:24","slug":"think-for-yourself","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=9296","title":{"rendered":"THINK FOR YOURSELF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FAITH CAPSULE:\u00a0<\/strong>What do you desire?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Psalm 27<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The desire for God must be in the mind of all and not just in the mouth.<br \/>If you have a desire for God in your heart, God will deposit the grace to become devoted to Him and become decorated by His presence in your life.\u00a0<br \/>King David knows what is best to desire when he said,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cOne thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple.\u201d (Psalm 27:4)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>As an acclaimed believer, search for yourself to know if you have the desire for God.<br \/>Let your desire be of seeking God.<br \/>Seeking God leads to serving Him.\u00a0<br \/>Are you serving God fully?<br \/>Are you serving God for your material gain?<br \/>Search yourself to identify how you are serving God.<br \/>Serve God diligently the evidence of fear for Him.<br \/>Apostle Paul encourages,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cI beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.\u201d (Romans 12:1)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>With understanding, know to serve God sacrificially and let your serving God be acceptable before God alone.\u00a0<br \/>It is costly to serve God sacrificially, not at the convenience but demands commitment.\u00a0<br \/>Does your heart sincerely desire to seek God?<br \/>Will you question yourself if you are serving God in truth with all your heart?<br \/>God has done great things, doing more, which is the reason to have the desire for God, with heart.\u00a0<br \/>God only sees and moves by the action rooted in the heart of all.\u00a0<br \/>God saw Samuel with his attempt to make the brother of David as the king and spoke to him:\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cDo not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him.
