{"id":9455,"date":"2021-12-10T04:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-10T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=9455"},"modified":"2021-12-09T22:09:05","modified_gmt":"2021-12-09T22:09:05","slug":"with-good-conscience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=9455","title":{"rendered":"WITH GOOD CONSCIENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FAITH CAPSULE:<\/strong>\u00a0Live life with a good conscience before God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Galatians 5<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One with a good conscience is evident in action.<br \/>God sees action.\u00a0<br \/>The bible mentions,\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;&#8230;For the Lord is the God of knowledge; And by Him, actions are weighed.&#8221; (1 Samuel 2:3)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>What is your conscience like before God?<br \/>A good conscience before God is living obediently before God, such as a command for all to love.<br \/><strong><em>1 John 4:8<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0says it all,\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Do you love God?<br \/>Do you love all?<br \/>How can one love God that has never seen when is yet to love all that is seeing or seen?<br \/>Bible records,\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: \u201cYou shall love your neighbor as yourself.\u201d (Galatians 5:14<\/em>)<\/strong><br \/>Among the reasons for the commandment of God for all is to love from a GOOD CONSCIENCE.\u00a0<br \/><strong><em>1Timothy 1:5-6 records<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cNow the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith, from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Having a good conscience is having God in conscience.<br \/>Do you carry the word of God in your heart?<br \/>Do you have a good conscience in all your ways before God?<br \/>Having love from a good conscience comes with action and is not hidden from God.<br \/>Having a good conscience is the sense of doing right but not doing wrong before God.\u00a0<br \/>It is a good conscience that governs thoughts and actions.<br \/>Conscience will convict man to turn man from what is not right before God.\u00a0<br \/>One with no conscience will live life in empty pride consciously or unconsciously, the evidence of no love as commanded by God.\u00a0<br \/>Conscience is responsible for conviction in life.\u00a0<br \/>The Pharisees demonstrated the lack of good conscience when they approached Jesus for judgment over a woman caught in the act of adultery.<br \/>Jesus ignored the request for a judgment by the Pharisees. (John 8:7)\u00a0<br \/>The need for good conscience by Pharisees was evident as Jesus responds and the people reacts,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cThen those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one\u2026\u201d (John 8:9)\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>All should strive for good conscience and not become a lack of love before God.<br \/>In\u00a0<strong><em>Acts 24:16,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Paul testifies to having need conscience,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cThis being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Think of it, if the Apostle Paul can identify the need to strive for good conscience before God, why is it that one denying self not to have a good conscience before God?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer for today:<\/strong><em>&nbsp;Ask God for His Spirit that you consistently live life in the consciousness of doing right before Him.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE:\u00a0Live life with a good conscience before God.
