{"id":9597,"date":"2022-02-08T00:31:04","date_gmt":"2022-02-08T00:31:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=9597"},"modified":"2022-02-08T00:31:04","modified_gmt":"2022-02-08T00:31:04","slug":"give-self-to-god-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faithprescription.com\/?p=9597","title":{"rendered":"GIVE SELF TO GOD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FAITH CAPSULE:\u00a0<\/strong>In disappointment time, do not be discouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Luke 5:1-11<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To arrive at the center of divine assignment demands following in the calling of God, not answering as a fan for God.<br \/>A fan is with limited commitment to God, unlike a follower of God that seeks God diligently.<br \/>At a point in time, four fishermen forsook all and followed Jesus.\u00a0<br \/>In life, to follow in serving God demands to forsake all.\u00a0<br \/>What holding you down not to forsake, to follow in serving God?\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>Four professional fishermen at the right time at the right place failed to catch fish.\u00a0<br \/>The four fishermen could not give up until daybreak, yet they caught nothing.\u00a0<br \/>As they were washing their nets and ready to pack for the day with nothing to show for as professional fishermen, Jesus showed up,<strong><em>\u00a0\u201cThen He got into one of the boats, which was Simon\u2019s, and asked him to put out a little from the land. And He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat.\u201d (Luke 5:3)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>Despite a lack of success with catching fish through night hours, their kindness was intact as they allowed the stranger (Jesus) to use their vessel without any refusal.<br \/>After Jesus finished teaching the multitude, He turned to the fishermen and gave them a word, His word as stated in\u00a0<strong><em>Luke 5:4<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201c\u2026Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Always take note that, in times of disappointment, the word of God will answer as a terminating force to turn disappointment to an appointed time.<br \/>With the question of faith not of doubt, Simon responded to Jesus, &#8220;But Simon answered and said to Him,\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cMaster, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless, at Your word, I will let down the net.\u201d (Luke 5: 5)\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>In disappointment time, do not be discouraged, but give yourself to the word of God that will reverse the irreversible.\u00a0<br \/>Are you with experience to have been grounded on a ground you are to get a result but not?<br \/>Begin to listen, hear, and see in the word of God to position you for transformation.\u00a0<br \/>The response gave a result of gain.<br \/><strong><em>Luke 5:6\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>records,\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Are you toiling with no result to show?<br \/>It does not matter how long you have been toiling with nothing to show, but it is possible to encounter an unfailing God that does not fail for a breakthrough.<br \/>In life, take a position to listen to gain an understanding that gives a knowing edge that leads to a breakthrough.<br \/>They listened to gain understanding with the knowledge to breakthrough.\u00a0<br \/>Give it all for Jesus, and He shall settle you.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer for today:<\/strong><em>&nbsp;Ask that the word of God shall locate you with direction for your breakthrough.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAITH CAPSULE:\u00a0In disappointment time, do not be discouraged.
