FAITH CAPSULE: Disallow your concern to allow the command of God.

Jonah 1, 2

Disallowing the command of God is disobedience.
Disobedient to the word of God is an avenue to painful consequences in life.
Disobedience is the evidence of carelessness, not keeping the commandment (word) of God.
Proverbs 19:16 warns, “He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, but he who is careless of his ways will die.” (Proverbs 19:16)
Are you keeping yourself in the word of God for His direction over your life?
Jonah was with the case of disobedience to the command of God.
The book of Jonah 1:1-3 records, “Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.” But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. He went down to Joppa, and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord.”
Jonah was careless not to keep to the direction of God over his life.
When God calls and sends one, He will back such one not to fail.
The command of God is His direction to keep but, disobedience will lead to self-destruction. 
Jonah was supposed to obey God regardless of what seemed right to him.
Have you received the calling of God with a specific direction, not your specified idea?
God called Moses out to lead the children of Israel out of the bondage of over four hundred years. 
Moses, out of his concern for God, reacted to the rebellious act of the children of Israel towards God. 
Moses took it upon himself to strike the rock against the direction of God. God responded to the disobedient of Moses, “Then the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not believe Me, to hallow Me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.” (Numbers 20:12)
The same God sent Samuel to go and anoint David while Saul was still living as the King. 
Samuel was concerned about the command of God when he asked, “How can I go? If Saul hears it, he will kill me.” (1 Samuel 16:2) 
Out of concern, Samuel could have responded by going his own way but went by the command of God.
God responded to Samuel, “…Take a heifer with you, and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the Lord.’ Then invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what you shall do; you shall anoint for Me the one I name to you.”1 Samuel 16:2-3) 
The concern of Samuel could not provoke him to disobey the command of God. 
God alone knows the end from the beginning.
God knows all before the birth of anyone. 
Disallow your concern by allowing His command to have His place.

Prayer for today: Ask to live life by obeying the word of God.

FAITH CAPSULE: The parable of Jesus is with the evidence to walk with Him. 

Matthew 13

Live life for God, follow Him, walk with Him.
Walk with God to please Him and be counted for His reward.
IN WALKING WITH GOD, BE AWAKE SPIRITUALLY 
Are you awake spiritually, living life by the word of God?
The wicked world demands to be awake seeking God diligently and not be asleep spiritually. 
One that is not walking or not living for God is sleeping before God spiritually.
The parable of Jesus is an everyday truth with a spiritual application.
His parable is an earthly truth with a heavenly meaning.
Matthew 13:25-30 records the parable of sleeping in the place of sleeping, “…but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them but gather the wheat into my barn.” 
The above parable of Jesus reveals that sleeping will displace walking with God for the wicked to gain entrance in the life of one sleeping.
One sleeping before God, not walking with God, shall be far from God that is not far from all.
Sleeping before God cannot possibly follow God, walking with God, living life for God.
One that is walking with God shall come out of wickedness.
One that is not walking with God shall walk in line with the evil activities of the wicked world.
God shall judge the wicked world at His appointed time. 
Ecclesiastes 8:11-12 warned, “Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him.” 
Walk with God to follow God continually, do not be counted with the wicked world at the judgment time of God.
Like a seed, sow self in God seek God diligently in your walk.
Walk with God, stand with God to please God, and be rewarded by God.

Prayer for today: Ask that you be rooted in the word, walking by following Him all the days of life He has given you. 

FAITH CAPSULE: Have faith to walk with God by seeking Him diligently. 

Psalm 91

Walking with God is rooted in having faith in God.
Walking with God is seeking God. 
Hebrews 11:6 buttresses, “But without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” 
Walking with God to seek Him will find Him.
Seeking God with diligence is taking a position to walk in Him.
Will you seek God diligently?
In this wicked world, for your benefit, do not deceive yourself, walk with God, before Him, and in Him.
Seek God diligently, dwell and abide in God.
Psalm 91:1-3 encourages, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Highest Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely, He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.” 
Let walking with God be your way of life, seeking God to find God.
Walking with God, serving God is living life for God being righteous as word admonishes, “Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness, you who seek the Lord…”(Isaiah 51:1) 
Walking with God, seeking God to serve God is following in line with God.
John 12:26 identifies what it means to serve God, “If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.” 
If seeking God to find God is not possible, God would not have asked for all to seek Him diligently, to find Him by following Him. 
One that follows God is not possible to walk in darkness as declared by the word of God in John 8:12, “He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life.” 
Walk with God!
God is true to seek Him diligently to find Him.
David is an example that followed God with his heart, and the Bible records, “…My servant David, who kept My commandments and who followed Me with all his heart, to do only what was right in My eyes.” (1 Kings 14:8) 
Are you with the desire to walk, seek God diligently, following His righteousness of God? 
Walking with God will obey God to keep self in God as His treasure. Exodus 19:5 confirms, “Now, therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.” 
With faith, walk with God, seek God diligently, be obedient to God by pleasing God.

Prayer for today: Ask that you walk with God to follow Him in all His word.

FAITH CAPSULE: Gain rest solution in the word of God as the New Year resolution.

2 Chronicles 1

With understanding, celebrate every day as the world celebrates every new year. 
Ignorant makes a destitute of a believer celebrating one year as a thousand years. 2 Peter 3:8 stated, “But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day.” 
Come out of religion into religion with Christ reality. 
Celebrate New Day as you celebrate New Year!
Listen, with understanding, celebrate every God-given day just as the way you are celebrating a New Year. 
How are you celebrating a New Year?
Are you celebrating New Year with a New Year resolution? 
In this wicked world, give yourself a REST RESOLUTION. 
The Wicked world demands REST SOLUTION. 
Rest solution is the word of God. 
Gain rest solution in the word of God for the New Year resolution.
The word of God heals and delivers from destruction.
Psalm 107:20 records, “He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”
The word of God is an undoubted solution for all situations in the wicked world of today.
From this year, continually give self to the word of God, the perfect rest solution.
Without a doubt, REST SOLUTION, not NEW YEAR RESOLUTION desire that is rooted in the word of God, will give to the wicked world.
Wisdom and knowledge also give to rest solution.
Understanding the case of King Solomon that is the testimony to have the desire for stability with wisdom and knowledge: “Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge these great people of Yours? Then God said to Solomon: “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life—but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king—wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like.” (2 Chronicles 1:10-12)
For your REST SOLUTION in every given New Day, with understanding, fear God that is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge to understand God. (Proverbs 9:10)
Every God-given day demands understanding, wisdom, and knowledge hidden in Christ, not to be a victim of this wicked world. 
Daily all should give self to Christ, to prayerfully gain REST SOLUTION by asking to be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to gain in the word of God as the rest solution.

FAITH CAPSULE: GOD BROUGHT YOU THIS FAR!

John 1

Life is a journey, and it is the privilege of God to be alive this far.
Know that God is merciful to have brought you this far.
Thus far, it is not how long you are waiting with no manifestation of your expectation before God. However, it is how far God has brought you this far.
Know God to be walking with God in the New Year.
To know God is to be walking with God by studying the word of God.
Walking with God continually shall not be a waste, but live life for the glory of God.
Among the characteristics of walking with God to experience the hand of God is rooted in:
TO FEAR GOD
WAITING ON GOD
TO FEAR GOD
Know to fear God!
Among experiences of knowing to fear God are:
Deuteronomy 4:10, “…Gather the people to Me, and I will let them hear My words, that they may learn to fear Me all the days they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children.”
Psalm 25:12-14, “Who is the man that fears the LORD? Him shall He teach in the way He chooses. He himself shall dwell in prosperity, and his descendants shall inherit the earth. The secret of the LORD is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant.”
Psalm 34:7 “The angel of the LORD encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them.” 
In the New Year, increase hearing and learn the word of God to allow the fear of God to become a priority. 
With a desire to walk with God, prayerfully ask God for His fear to take over your life in the coming year. 
Know that knowing to fear God walks with God. 
WAITING ON GOD
It is not possible to wait on God patiently and not walk with God.
David testifies, “I waited patiently for the Lord, And He inclined to me And heard my cry.” (Psalm 40:1)
When God inclines to one that waits on Him, such shall walk with Him, walk before Him and walk in Him.
Isaiah 40:31 states, “But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
Waiting on God shall walk with God, not running in the place to walk or running instead of walking.
Walk with God by waiting before God to gain wing as an eagle, and not be careless in the journey of the New Year.
Also, waiting on God is a walk with God that acts for those who wait on Him. Isaiah 64:4 testifies, “For since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.”
Without a doubt, wait on God to experience God walking with you because He waits for those who wait on Him.

Pray: Looking at the days, weeks, months, and the new year, prayerfully, name the year 2022, your year of WALKING WITH GOD.
