FAITH CAPSULE: One who does not do in the way of God cannot find God.

Psalm 28

Often, acclaimed believers attempt to engage the word of God in their own way, but not in the way of God.
One who does not do in the way of God cannot find God.
Doing the way of God is the character of one seeking God diligently.
Are you seeking God diligently to find Him?
One that is full of the world does not have a space for the word of God to occupy itself.
One that is full of the world does need to be stripped of the world.
Until one is stripped of this world, to be decorated by the living word of God for declaring the awesomeness of God over anyone, with the challenge of life, will not be possible.
Are you available to build the word of God?
Live life for God.
Make it a way of life, giving regard to God in every way of life.
Give regard to God to gain His attention that is available for one who does as His word demands.
Are you one who gives regard to God?
There is a consequence for not giving regard to God.
Psalm 28:5 identifies, “Because they do not regard the works of the Lord, Nor the operation of His hands, He shall destroy them And not build them up.”
What is it that denies one from giving regard to God?
The word of God is God. (John 1:1)  His work is His word.
The word of God is His instrument for the operations of His hands.
The word warns of the destruction of not giving regard to Him.
Make it a way of life to give regard to God.
Let God build you up.
One who gives self to the word of God is one built up by the word of God.
Do you have the desire to live for God, to be built up for God?
The Apostle Paul identifies what it takes to build up.
Act 20:32 records, “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.”
Determination to live by the word of God, giving regard to God, can fail.
Peter, a disciple of Jesus, assumed determination not to deny Jesus, but he failed by denying God.
Jesus told Peter that he would deny Him three times. (John 13:38)
Eventually, Peter denied Jesus three times, a failure of determination.
Are you determined to give regard to God?
With the desire to give regard to God, let prayer work over your life.
It was the prayer of Jesus that enabled Peter not deny Jesus.
Jesus prayed for Peter that his faith would not fail.(Luke 22:32)
