IN THE WICKED WORLD

FAITH CAPSULE: In this wicked world, keep focus on God by leaning on the hand of God

Daniel 1

In this wicked world, do not allow the challenges before you to become your focus, to deny your focus on God for His hand of deliverance.
Know to remain focused on God as a way of life in the wicked world.
As a result of the fact that your expectation of the past did not manifest, know that it is never too late for the manifestation in the coming days.
In this wicked world, keep focus on God by leaning on the hand of God, which is not short for intervention.
God is a merciful God who does not sleep or slumber.
God does not overlook His children but shall respond at His appointed time.
Time is in the hands of God, but only the clock can be turned back and forward by man.
Keep eyes on God for His hand that is not short.
Isaiah 50:2 records the question of God stating,“Is My hand shortened at all that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver?”
Isaiah 59:1 also records the testimony of the hand of God, stating, “Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save…”
The hand of God is worth keeping eyes on God without ceasing.
The wickedness of the world cannot stop the deliverance in the hand of God.
Through the pages of the Bible, there are deliverances of God that are not beyond His hand.
At a young age, Daniel, the wicked of the world, placed him in the hand of Nebuchadnezzar for destruction, but the hand of God intervened for his deliverance.
Daniel refused to deny his focus on God while in captivity.
At one point, “Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s delicacies, nor with wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the chief of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.” (Daniel 1:8)
As a captive, challenges before Danial could not set him up against his God but positioned him for promotion from level to level.
What is your stubborn challenge in the past month?
This day, be encouraged, be assured in the hand of God that is not short. It is the same hand of God that delivered Daniel that will also deliver and preserve those who keep their eyes on Him, in the coming days, weeks, months, and years.
Daniel faced challenges, but the hand of God was not short for Daniel.
Daniel gained promotion, but the challenges could not overtake his life.
Daniel ended up in the den of lions.
The lion received a promotion to receive fresh meat (life of Daniel), but had no appetite to feast on Daniel as the fresh meat.
The life of Daniel was in the hands of God for his deliverance from untimely death.

Prayer for today: Ask for the agents of evil in your life to become food for lions.
