FEAR GOD!

FAITH CAPSULE: No one is born with the fear of God.

Proverbs 14

To live for God is to excel for His glory.
One who does not live for God will live a life of waste.
With desire is the choice to live for God.
God is not a slave master but a saving master who will wait and act to enable a desired one who wants to live life for His glory.
Revelation 4:11 confirms all to live for the glory of God, “You are worthy, O Lord, “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.”
Are you living for God, or are you living life as pleases you?
One that lives for God fears God.
To fear God is to live by His word and not live a life of waste but waiting on God.
No one is born with the fear of God.
All matters are rooted in the command, the word of God, to know to fear God.
Ecclesiastes 12:13 admonishes all, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man’s all.”
Having the determination to fear God cannot do it.
One with a desire to fear God prayerfully will live to fear God.
Is it your desire to live for the glory of God?
Have the desire and strive to fear God.
To fear God is a sacrifice not to live as it pleases you but to please God.
Let serving God with fear become your character.
Psalm 2:11 encourages, “Serve the Lord with fear, And rejoice with trembling.”
To serve God is a sacrifice, denying self to find God.
Sacrifice is seeking God diligently, which enables one to find God.
Do you fear God?
Every living soul should live to fear God.
One that fears no other will fear God to gain the presence of God.
The Psalmist testifies, “…I will fear no evil; For You are with me…” (Psalm 23:4)
It is impossible to become exposed to failing with one who possesses the fear of God alone.
God treasures it when there is fear for Him. (Isaiah 33:6)
Much is to become identified as the character of ones that fear God:
Proverbs 8:13, “The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate.”
Proverbs 9:10, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom…”
Proverbs 10:27, “The fear of the Lord prolongs days, But the years of the wicked will be shortened.”
Proverbs 13:13, “He who despises the word will be destroyed, But he who fears the commandment will be rewarded.”
The conclusion of the whole matter is to fear God as the way of life.
The word of God says to ask to become given.
Jeremiah records the promise of God to give, “I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them.” (Jeremiah 32:39)
With desire, pray to live by the fear of God.

Prayer for today: Ask to have one heart and one way to fear God.

THERE IS A NEED

FAITH CAPSULE: There is a need to see in the word of God.

Exodus 14

God has not stopped speaking to all through His living word in the pages of the Bible.
Listen to hear, see, and rise in His word.
After the separation of Abraham and Lot, God said to Abraham, “Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are—northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever.” (Genesis 13:14-15)
The word of God is living.
His word is not just a letter but gives life. (2 Corinthians 3:6)
When it sounds in one direction to see in the spoken word and rise to what is said, one will shine for the glory of God.
God will always bring His word to pass.
All should always rise and see the word to receive and shine in His word.
The word of God is light.
Today, if you will hear and see in His light, rise, and embrace the light of God, you shall shine for His glory.
The word of God is like a mirror to look into and see what is for direction to deliver and preserve.
A failure to hear and see in the word is evidence of not rising to gain deliverance and preservation.
The Israelites came out of the bondage of over four hundred years, but yet Pharaoh closed them up at the Red Sea.
As a result, fear took over, and negative confession flowed out of their mouth, “Then they said to Moses, “Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you so dealt with us, to bring us up out of Egypt? Is this not the word that we told you in Egypt, saying, ‘Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians’? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness.” (Exodus 14:11-12)
The negative confession of the Israelites caused them to stagnate with no way out for their escape.
At that juncture in life, there was a need to see in the word of God but failed to see.
Moses spoke the word of God, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” (Exodus 14:13-14)
Hear to obey and see in the word of God to become your portion.
The mercy of God answered for the Israelites to see and rise to access deliverance from Pharaoh.
God fought their battle, and they never saw the Egyptians forever as promised in the living word of God.

Prayer for today: Ask God for the mercy of God to continually answer for you.

IMAGINATION

FAITH CAPSULE: Imagination is the production of thoughts informing oneself

Genesis 11

Imagination is the ability to form pictures of the word of God in the mind, to experience the manifestation of the picture captured in the mind.
What one believes in the word of God will be alive in the imagination.
Imagination was the driving force that promoted the building of the Tower of Babel.
The building of the Tower of Babel was imagination, to build a tower whose top is in the heavens.
God saw their thoughts and their imagination plan and said nothing they proposed to do would stop them.
Genesis 11:6-9 records the response of God to the imagination of the people by saying, “Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.” 8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.”
The people build their thoughts, their imagination, into a picture.
Imagination is one fundamental activity of the mind.
What they have imagined to do(is unstoppable)
When you build scriptural pictures about your life circumstances, you cannot run out of signs to become a commander of signs.
Imagination rooted in the scriptural word will become a manifestation because you have committed to God.
God testifies that “nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them.” (Genesis 11:6)
Imagine the word of God to experience the manifestation of the word of God.
Jesus assures all that the word will manifest.
Matthew 5:18 states, “For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.”
The word of God does not return to him void.
Isaiah 55:11 records, “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
Imagine the word of God that does not return void to address your expectations.
Knowing that the word of God is supremacy, give to imagine it for your manifestation.
The word informs that God magnified His word above His name. (Psalm 138:2)
Look into the word of God with a mind to imagine.
Again, the word of God is Supremacy.
Word of God was God, and nothing made without Him. (John 1:1-3)
Look at Jesus, the word of God, and begin to imagine Him.
Jesus cannot become a victim of obstacles.
Looking at Jesus deep in the heart is equal to imagining the manifestation of not becoming a victim of obstacles.
PRAYER
Ask that the mind of imagining the scriptural word of God become established in your life.
Ask that all the obstacles in your life begin to step out today.
Ask that looking at the word of God to become your imagination to become manifestation shall become your way of life.

COMPLAIN NOT!

FAITH CAPSULE: Acts of complaining are acts of rebellion.

Exodus 15

The coming out of the bondage of over four hundred years was a testimony for the children of Israel to keep going without disobedience to God.
Such testimony is not to be quiet testimony to what God can do should be a constant reminder, energizing a believer in the life journey.
Just as they came out of bondage and set for their journey to the Promised Land, they ran into a stumbling block.
The chariot of Pharaoh came behind them, and they were bewildered by the land, closed up by the wilderness.
For the children of Israel, there was nowhere to turn to but to face the forces of Pharaoh or jump and die in the Red Sea.
Does that sound like you?
Trust and hope that you serve a miracle-working God.
God, who made a way where there was no way, showed up on their behalf and made a way in the middle of the Red Sea.
God did not only make an ordinary passage, but He made a substantial way.
Exodus 14:22 records, “So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.”
God made a way for His children to gain and retain life.
In the same way, God for the Israelites made way as a death trap to the adversary of His children (Pharao and his people).
What a God!
When God is for you, whatever stands against you will fall for you.
Trust that when God is behind you, He is ahead of you, and the enemy can never be more powerful.
The Israelites passed through the Red Sea but forgot what the Lord had done.
By forgetting, they entered into rebellious acts against the Lord God.
The Bible records, “And the people complained against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?” (Exodus 15:23-24)
The complaint to Moses was an indirect complaint unto God.
Acts of complaining are acts of rebellion.
Are you quickly forgetting what the Lord has done? Right after God responded by providing water to drink where there was no water, the word records they “…came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters.” (Exodus 15:27)
God was always ahead of them.
If they had remembered what He had done, they would have known God was ahead of them in challenging times.
The Lord has not forgotten you.
Remember always what God has done to provoke His hand so that He may add more than your imagination as you journey through this life.

Prayer for today: Ask God to deliver you from every spirit of complaining. Ask for the grace to constantly remember what He has done and what He can do.

HEAR AND HEAR

FAITH CAPSULE: What one hears is what such will see, to receive and become of such.

Joshua 1

Jesus said, “He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.” (John 8:47)
Ones that hear will see, and what such see is what such shall receive and begin to do (becomes a lifestyle).
God repeatedly points out to Joshua the key to doing His word.
To be able to do the word of God is encased in knowing to observe the word.
The word that one constantly observes is the word that one will do.
God points out that meditating is what Joshua needed to be able to observe and to do according to His word. Joshua 1:8, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
When the word of God did not depart from mouth, head, and heart, the word of God became the language of Joshua.
The word of God is to be constantly chewed morning, day and night.
Can you imagine chewing the word of God that is like fire and hammer as often as required?
It is a blessing to be able to observe and to do according to what the word of God says.
The ability to observe and do will experience the blessing of prosperity and good success.
With the blessings of prosperity and good success comes the peace of God.
As a believer, do you wonder what to meditate on in the voluminous Bible?
Philippians 4:8 identifies an example of what is worthy of meditating, “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”
The statement above is the report of His goodness.
The goodness of God follows those meditating on the word of God.
Constantly meditate on the word because the word is what all learn in the word of God.
The ability to meditate and observe will no doubt bring forth the peace of God. Philippians 4:9 speaks to all, “The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.”
One taking a position to be hearing and hearing the word of God shall establish meditating on the word of God.
Are you struggling to become one who is doing the word of God?
One doing the word of God becomes living by the word of God.
Living by the word of God is behaving in the word of God.
Meditating the word of God, live by the word of God.

Prayer for today: Ask to gain the strength of living by the word of God.
