FAITH CAPSULE: Obedience is the password to opening the door of blessing.

Deuteronomy 28:1-14

Psalm 107:20 records the blessing in the word of God, “He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”  
The word of Jesus records, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10) 
Indeed, Jesus, the living word of God, brought healing and deliverance that is evident in having life abundantly.
On every issue of life, one that walks His word, the word will work for such. 
The word of God is the power to deliver the blessing of God for one that will live life by the word of God.
Will you give life to live by the word of God?
The word of God comes with blessing but to gain and retain the blessing of God comes with a condition.
However, the condition to have the blessing of the word of God demands obedience. 
The word of God will not deliver a promise if there is a failure to obey. 
Obedience is the password to opening the door of blessing. 
The standard for obedience is unceasing and steady in obeying the word of God.
Before God, there is no half-obedience. 
Obeying the word of God will deliver such unnecessary, costly, and painful situations in the walk of life.
In life, many avenues lead to disobeying the word of God. 
Among many reasons for disobedience is pointed out in the book of Nehemiah 9:17, “They refused to obey, and they were not mindful of Your wonders that You did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion…” 
The word of Nehemiah 9:17 refers to the children of Israel, but it also speaks to all today. 
The word of God identifies that disobedience is caused by not being mindful of the wonders of God.
The lack of mindfulness of the wonders of God leads to the hardness of the heart. 
The hardness of the heart will cause one not to live life by the word of God.
The word of God is a way, and the way is to gain and retain the presence of God.
A hardened heart lacks belief that denies one to gain the way.
Make it a way of life, live life by the word of God not to be a vessel of waste. 
The word of God is the source of faith, and when one does not believe in the word, having faith is not in place.
Are you a vessel with a hard of heart or a full-blown hardness of heart? 
Pray against having a hardened heart.
Have a desire for wisdom, knowledge, or understanding of the word of healing and deliverance. 
Take careful note the hardness of the heart is evidence of unbelief.

Prayer for today: Ask for deliverance from every spirit of the hardness of heart.

FAITH CAPSULE: Lack of fear of God gives way to sins and iniquities.

Genesis 19:1-29

The fear of God makes the difference between a believer and a non-believer. 
The fear of God is what makes one live life for God.
Without the fear of God, there is no living by the words of God. 
The ones that do not fear Him have it rooted in their heart, and the Psalmist states, “The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God” They are corrupt, they have done more abominable work, There is none who does good.” (Psalm 14:1) 
The foolishness of one is in the heart, while demonstration testifies to a lack of no fear of God. 
The wife of Lot was foolish in the heart.
The wife of Lot lacks fear for God by her demonstration of disobedience to the word of God.
The word records how God wanted to deliver Lot, his wife, and children from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, “…the Lord being merciful to him and they brought him out and set him outside the city. So it came to pass when they had brought them outside, that he said, “Escape for your life! Do not look behind you nor stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountains, lest you be destroyed.” (Genesis 19:16-17)
The wife of Lot looked back against the word of deliverance, and she became a pillar of salt. (Genesis 19:26)
The word of God is truth and never fails.
A true believer of God is with truth to possess all possession that is in place for every believer. 
One that does not live life for God does not have fear for God in the heart. 
The word of God is accurate, “The fear of the LORD leads to life, and he who has it will abide in satisfaction: he will not be visited with evil.” (Proverbs 19:23) 
The foolishness of the life of the wife of Lot was evidence of a lack of fear of God to become a victim of evil visitation.
Live life for God, fear God not to become one that demonstrates lying, deception, manipulation, corruption, abominations, and lack of any good that glorifies God. 
Fearing God should not be only of the mouth but with evidence, living life for God. 
Have you repeatedly confessed the fear of God with no integrity to back up your confession? 
Integrity counts before God, while noise-making does not count for living life before God. 
It is possible to have good intentions and not fear God. 
The race of life is not only about being good but about being righteous and living life before God through the blood of Jesus. 
A lack of fear of God shelters sins, and God does not overlook any sin. Let the fear of the Lord become conspicuous in your life, and be free from evil visitation.

Prayer for today: Ask God to give you one heart and one way to fear Him living life before Him.

FAITH CAPSULE: God wants His creation to move forward in life.

Genesis 11

The grace to see a new day or week, month or year is not a time of stagnation but to move forward, to grow by living life for God.
God is not a God of stagnation.
Are you experiencing stagnation in any area of your life that you know? 
What is causing you not to move forward?
Have you been staying so long and not recognizing moving forward or not?
God wants His creation to move forward in life.
Terah, the father of Abram, decided to move forward, but he settled for stagnation in his life journey. 
The word records, “And Terah took his son Abram and his grandson Lot, the son of Haran, and his daughter-in-law Sarai, his son Abram’s wife, and they went out with them from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to the land of Canaan; and they came to Haran and dwelt there. 32 So the days of Terah were two hundred and five years, and Terah died in Haran.” (Genesis 11:31-32) 
The destination of Terah was Canaan, but when he came to Haran, he stagnated to spend two hundred and five years before he died.
The stopping of Terah at Haran was not to replace him from stepping forward.
Terah’s stepping forward from the Ur of the Chaldeans to the land of Canaan ended at Haran as his dwelling place. 
God, calling you out of bondage, did not design a place for you not to move forward as a dwelling place. 
God is a good God. 
Live life for God and move forward, not become a victim of stagnation.
Trust in God that the enemy is a failure.
God spoke to the concerning stagnation of the Israelites from the bondage of four hundred years in Deuteronomy 1:6, “The LORD our God spoke to us in Horeb, saying: ‘You have dwelt long enough at this mountain.’” 
Are you experiencing self-created stagnation while God is moving you in plans of going forward? 
God said to the children of Israel in Deuteronomy 1:7-8, “Turn and take your journey, and go to the mountains of the Amorites, to all the neighboring places in the plain, in the mountains and in the lowland, in the South and on the seacoast, to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon, as far as the great river, the River Euphrates. See, I have set the land before you; go in and possess the land which the LORD swore to your fathers—to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—to give to them and their descendants after them.” 
God told them to turn and take their journey forward. He also asked them to see what was in place for them. 
Faith demands children of Israel move from where they might have been in comfort to where God committed to taking them. 
Faith demands Israelites not make a dwelling place at stop-over. 
Faith also demands to see the promise of God and not submit to comfort in the place of commitment.

Prayer for today: Ask God to enable you to see and live life by the word of God.

FAITH CAPSULE: Let it be a year of living life for God.

Deuteronomy 4

The grace and mercy of God have brought you to be alive into a New Year, not because you know how to live life.
Make the right choice, and upgrade your life to live for God.
Live life doing what the word of God asks you to do.
At a wedding in Cana of Galilee where wine for celebration was out, Mary, the mother of Jesus, encouraged the servants with the solution for lack “Whatever He says to you, do it.” (John 2:5) 
The servants obeyed, and water turned to wine, for the wedding celebration continued with the miracle of obedience, not mockery.
From today, make the right choice to live life by the word of God and not become a victim of the evil of a wicked world.
Live life by the word of God. Whatever the word of God says to you, do it.
What kind of a believer are you?
Living life is giving self to the word of God, living life for God.
One that does not live life for God denies knowing God.
Why not have the desire to live life for God?
Determination is not enough to live life for God.
The desire with prayer will make one live life for God.
Peter was determined not to deny Christ.
Peter denied Jesus three times, but the prayer of Jesus worked out for Peter not to become a victim of denial for knowing Christ. (Luke 22:32-61)
Living life for God demands giving self to the word of God continually and praying to walk worthy of living life for God.
LIVE LIFE FOR GOD IS SEEKING GOD DILIGENTLY
Living life for God is seeking God diligently. 
With desire, live life for God to find Him.
Deuteronomy 4:29 states, “But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.” 
“Jeremiah 29:13 records, “And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”  
If seeking God to find God is not possible, God would not have asked for seeking Him.
Live life for God, seek Him, and find Him. 
David is an example of such. 1 Kings 14:8 records, “…My servant David, who kept My commandments and who followed Me with all his heart, to do only what was right in My eyes.” (1 King 14:8) 
Living life for God and seeking Him is possible. 
LIVE LIFE FOR GOD AS MANIFESTATION SON OF GOD
God creates all for His glory. (Revelation 4:11)
Living life for God is not a thing of mouth or religion but abiding by God.
To abide in God is the character of one that lives for God, which Jesus demands from all. 
John 8:31 records, “…If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.” 
Claiming to be a believer and not abide in Him is a joke, which is ceremonial religion. 
Today, live life before God, answer as manifestation son of God.  

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to live life for the glory of God.

FAITH CAPSULE: To be alive at this time of the year is not to complain but give thanks to God.

Psalm 119:1-48

In this particular season of the year, there is no time for complaining to God. 
Are you looking around enough?
As a living soul begin to give thanks more than the thanks of the past. Think of it there is no time engaging complaining before God. 
Acts of complaining are evidence of a rebellious spirit.
The children of Israel, due to their never-ending complaining against gracious God, provoked a painful response of God over their life in Numbers 14:22-23, “Because all these men who have seen My glory and the signs which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have put Me to the test now these ten times, and have not heeded My voice, they certainly shall not see the land of which I swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those who rejected Me see it.”
God has brought you this far, and He does not plan to cut off in your going further if a rebellious spirit shall not gain entrance in you.
Just like the Israelites, make sure that the spirit of complaining will not have a place in your life against God.
Great and mighty testimonies of God are everywhere. 
The testimonies are enough for meditating that is enough for thanking God instead of complaining to God.
The word of God pointed out, “The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.” (Psalm 19:8) 
The testimonies of God are more than enough to lead and take believers into the promises of God. 
Are you constantly meditating on His testimonies? 
One that knows to give thanks praises God as a way of life, not complaining.
The Psalmist praised God with the whole heart!” (Psalm 119:2), 
Also testifies, “Your testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.” (Psalm 119:24), 
“I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.” (Psalm 119:46
The testimonies of God are worthy of mediation. 
Do you have testimonies to lift to God in thanksgiving instead of complaining before God?
Giving self to testifying the goodness of God is seeking God faithfully
to please God. 
Hebrew 11:6 buttresses, “But without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Let today be your day of meditating on the testimonies of God.
Meditating testimonies of God will not give a place for complaining.
Thanksgiving is the right to engage, not complain.
In the place of complaining, the journey of eleven days turned out to be a journey of forty years. 
Are you thanking God to gain and retain the hand of God over your life? God is not deceived but decides in your heart to be thankful to God. 

Prayer for today: Ask that the heart of thanksgiving shall be your portion, not to give a place for complaints.
