FAITH CAPSULE: There is much to gain and not lose from waiting on God.

1 Samuel 13

Waiting on God is seeking God. 
Waiting on God demands patience. 
Waiting on God is an avenue of resting on God for the manifestation of expectation at the appointed time of God.
God, in His goodness, extends assurance of waiting for those who wait for Him. Isaiah 30:18 states, “Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; and therefore, He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice.” 
God does not lie. 
God, in His goodness and mercy, will not fail when waiting for Him. 
The assurance of waiting on God to gain His presence states, “For since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, who acts for the one who waits for Him.” (Isaiah 64:4) 
God is the God who acts for the ones who wait for Him. 
Are you waiting on God for direction and deliverance? 
In this wickedness, understanding and knowledge demand waiting on God. 
What is it that will deny you from not waiting on God? 
Lamentation 3:25 assures the goodness of God in waiting for those who wait on Him, “The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seek Him.” 
There are so many benefits to gain from waiting. 
Isaiah 40:31 testifies, “But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31) 
Journeying in this world demands strength that is obtainable in waiting on God. 
Waiting on God to gain strength will get one to the expected end. 
For one that waits on God, such will walk in the place to run. 
Also, it will be impossible to run where the journey demands walking. Have you been walking in the place to run?
A failure to meditate on the word of God is an avenue to forget His works and not wait on Him.
The Israelites demonstrated failure to meditate and could not wait on God as they wasted away in the wilderness. Psalm 106:13-14, “They soon forgot His works; they did not wait for His counsel, but lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tested God in the desert.”
King Saul could not wait but failed to get to the expected end of the journey of life. 
Samuel commanded King Saul to wait for a burnt offering. 
King Saul could not wait but wrongly engaged in sacrificial offerings. Samuel responded to the failure of King Saul for not waiting on God, “…but now your kingdom shall not continue…” (1 Samuel 13:14)
King Saul could not wait but failed in the journey of the expected end.

Prayer for today: Ask God for the understanding and knowledge to be waiting on God.

FAITH CAPSULE: Commit to the word of God, living by the word.

Daniel 6

Daniel demonstrates living by the word of God in the face of challenges that demand him to deny His God.
Daniel lived by the word to gain victory over his persecutors.
Daniel 6:7 records, “All the governors of the kingdom, the administrators and satraps, the counselors and advisors, have consulted together to establish a royal statute and to make a firm decree, that whoever petitions any god or man for thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions.”  
Daniel did not bow to the law of the wicked.
He stood on the word of God and did not serve or bow to another god.
Daniel survived and did not die in the den of lions.
The word of God is not the word of man to disobey.
The word of God encased the will of God for all to live life for the glory of God.
Meditating on the word of God will enable one to observe and do according to the word of God.
Commit to the word of God to live by every word of God as Daniel did.
Why not live by the word of God with commitment?
Can you commit to the word of God is the power to create and to deliver?
The word of God is still answering like it was at the beginning. 
God sent His word for a purpose, and it does not fail. 
God testifies to His word, “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”(Isaiah 55:11)
Have you received the word to believe the word as an answer for deliverance and preservation? 
Understand and know that the word of God is very near to all at all times.
The word of God is healing, deliverance, and preservation.
The word of God does not fail one that will be committed to the word of God. 
Commit to the word of God to experience the visitation of God.
The promises of God are encased in the word of God to be claimed by one that lives by the word of God.
Is living by the word of God your way of life or the walk of the world your way of life?
The word of God is God. (John 1:1)
Hebrews 4:12 states, “…the word of God is living and powerful…”
Psalm 107:20 records, “He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” 
Apostle Paul could not keep the importance of the word of God to himself alone but endorsed the word as the only builder of all, saying, “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.”(Acts 20:32)
Commit to the word of God to live by every word of God.

Prayer for today: Ask to enable living life by the word of God.

FAITH CAPSULE: It is with envy for the world when engaged journey for the glory of God.

Psalm 8, Jeremiah 32:26-44

No man called Jesus. 
Answering the calling of God and living by direction in His calling is to the glory of God.
Jesus called His disciple, “And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.” (Matthew 10:1)
God called all for glory, not for shame.
Romans 8:28-29 testifies, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.” 
All belong to God, predestinated to live a glorious life.
God knows what He is doing and what He wants for all when he states, “They shall be My people, and I will be their God; 39 then I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them. And I will make an everlasting covenant with them that I will not turn away from doing them good, but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me.” (Jeremiah 32:28-40)
God calls all out of His goodness and lovingkindness. 
He is mindful of all; He crowns all with glory and honor. (Psalm 8:4-5) Unfortunately, by lack of knowledge, the majority does not know the blessings of His calling. 
Psalm 49:20 buttresses, “A man who is in honor yet does not understand is like the beasts that perish.” 
God calls all for a glorious destiny.
Every child of God has to engage delivery of glorious destiny. 
The journey of glorious destiny departs from iniquity and secures its destination.
Glorious destiny has its foundation in righteousness.
In righteousness, there is the blessing of the Lord, and Lord’s favors surround the righteous as a shield. (Psalm 5:12)  
Do you know what it takes to engage delivery of glorious destiny?
Walking in righteousness is all that it takes to engage in the delivery of glorious destiny.
Among what it takes to walk in His righteousness is by keeping association with the fear of God.
In life, everyone that moves you away from God is an enemy. 
What is attempting to remove you from God? 
Who is that agent of evil? 
Take note communication corrupts good manners. 
Do not commit to the word of life; commit to the life of prayer and watching. 
Believe that it is possible to walk in righteousness. 
If not possible to walk in righteousness, the word of God would not have asked for such.
One that does not believe, such does not become of not believe. 
2 Corinthians 5:21 states, “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” Believe that our righteousness in Jesus is our glorious destiny.

Prayer for today: Ask for understanding and not miss your portion in God.

FAITH CAPSULE: Let the month be of living in the order of God. 

Isaiah 38

The word of God is His order.
The order of God is a precise direction not to become a victim of disorderliness.
Let the new month be your month of walking in the order of God.
One that knows to remember and prepare is in the order of God to gain and retain the presence of God.
Failure not to remember God will not know to prepare to have an encounter with God.
1 Corinthians 14:40 encourages all, “Let all things be done decently and in order.”
Ask: This month, remembering, preparing before God, and keeping His order shall be your portion not to be disordered and be displaced from living to the glory of God.
The word of God is His order, the source of having faith in God.
Romans 10:17 informs all: “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
The character of one with faith is living in the order of God.
HAVING FAITH:
Faith comes by hearing the word of God without ceasing.
Faith will also depart from one that does not give itself, hearing the word of God consistently, continually.
Are you giving yourself to hearing the word of God without ceasing, living in the order of God?
Many are with claim to have faith.
It is not enough to have faith, but one faithful matters and counts, toward living in the order of God.
Knowing about faith is limited, not being faithful, the identity of one that knows the faith, when engaged in giving self to the word of God as a way of life.
So many know about faith but do not know to be faithful and not live in the order of God.
To be living in the order of God is crucial, pleases God.
One living in the word of God is the character of seeking God diligently. 
Living in the order before God is the antidote to disorder.
In every form of the disorder, God does not inhabit.
Hezekiah, the King of Judah, does not have his house in order as Isaiah 38:1 records, “In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.’ ”
In every way of life, lack of order is evidence of the lack of faith that prompts painful consequences.
King Hezekiah turned to God for repentance, and God had mercy on him not to die an untimely death. (Isaiah 38)
Determination is not enough to live by the word of God. 
Determination failed Peter to deny Jesus three times, but desire and the prayer of Jesus established Peter to live by the order He gained, walking with Jesus.
With desire and prayer to live in order before God, so shall it be.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled living life in the order of God.

 FAITH CAPSULE: Obedience to thanksgiving as commanded by God is a sacrifice.

John 11:1-44

Are you giving thanks to God or thinking thank before God?
Are you obedient to God? 
Obediently, give thanks to God as commanded and will provoke the hand of God to give life in the place of death.
At the grave of Lazarus, Jesus gave thanks, and Lazarus gained life in the place of death.
Bible records, “Then Jesus, again groaning in Himself, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone lay against it. “Jesus said, “Take away the stone.” Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, “Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days.” (John 11:38-39) 
Are you like Martha, with a lack of hope and do not obey the command of God to believe?
Jesus responds to the unbelief of Martha:
“Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” (John 11:40) 
Martha does not believe, but the people obeyed Jesus, “then they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.” Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” 44 And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Loose him, and let him go.” (John 11:41-44)
Obediently, the people took away the stone as the thanksgiving of Jesus gave life to Lazarus in the place of death.
Obey God continually, give self to giving thanks as a way of life before God, and live life for the glory of God.
Are you experiencing a journey of the wilderness with a lack of provision? One that gives obedience to the command of God will not know lack. 
Obedience to His command and thanking records the provision of plenty in the place of lack.
Mark 8:6-9, “So He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude. They also had a few small fish; and having blessed them, He said to set them also before them. So they ate and were filled, and they took up seven large baskets of leftover fragments. Now those who had eaten were about four thousand. And He sent them away.”
Allow plenty in the place of lack by knowing to obey the word of God, and let thanking God become your way of life.
A heart full of thanksgiving continually as an acceptable sacrifice before God will provoke the attention of God to meet needs.
